25/03/2026: I've been trying to get my girlfriend's unemployment benefits unblocked for three months, after they blocked it due to their own mistake. In January, they miscommunicated the presumed income, even though they communicated it for 2026. Then we went back and they didn't get anything done. They don't even know that income must be communicated via NASpI. I had to solve this myself. Poor Italy, so many incompetent people sitting behind desks.

02/05/2026: Stop for an aperitif...very expensive...in my opinion. Along with drinks, the place offers: packaged chips (very old). A slice of pizza And olives.

02/05/2026: Nice atmosphere near the lake. Friendly staff, perhaps a few at the counter a little less so, and considering it's the start of the season... Reasonable prices, the pinsa looked nice and tasty, but since I didn't eat there, I'll refrain from judging.

02/12/2025: I had lunch at this bar, ordering a first course and a second course. The dishes were cold and very poor quality. I felt nauseous. 09/03/2026: I'll start by saying that the prices aren't low; or rather, they've gone up significantly in recent years. However, it seems to me that the quality has also improved, at least for the mini pastries, although they've always been good. The use of vanilla bean in the cream isn't a given; in fact, the creamy pastries are really good. I was surprisingly satisfied (I hadn't been back in a couple of years), perhaps also because their competitors in the area have significantly lowered their quality-price ratio, unlike them. In my opinion, the staff doesn't deserve criticism; it's hard to say the place is run by rude people.

06/03/2026: AWFUL!!! This morning I went to this pastry shop and never returned. The first thing I noticed was that the pastries were from the day before and definitely not as fresh as you'd expect from a pastry shop. Not to mention the owner looks at you in a way that almost makes you feel intimidated, displaying a lack of professionalism. Lastly, I'd like to say that I noticed that the leftover food was taken to the back kitchen and not thrown away like everything else in the trash can on the counter. I hope it was thrown in another trash can and not reused for someone else's aperitif. The bill wasn't even cheap. NEVER AGAIN!!!

07/02/2026: Avoid half-thawed pizzoccheri, undercooked tagliata ordered and served raw, and when we asked for a separate bill, we were rudely told—but can you read? There was a sign stating that separate bills were not given, but the manner was truly rude. I won't be returning.

01/01/2026: The food and place are quite good, unfortunately I have to give one star for the manners of the tall, almost shaved waiter with quite annoying manners and irony with jokes and unprofessional behavior, if you don't like your job, change it 😉 next time I'll go eat elsewhere and I will also advise against it to the other 30 collaborators who will work in the area.

After waiting for a long time, we left, somewhere else. But please, put a smile on your face, because this isn't good. Terrible staff.

20/04/2026: They must have paid for the four stars to earn them. The owner is rude and unsympathetic. They don't make any changes to the sandwiches without considering allergies and intolerances. They probably buy them pre-made if they can't make any changes.

28/03/2026: Unpleasant experience... working in the restaurant business and seeing such less than impeccable management saddens me. After an hour of waiting, the pizzas were even poorly topped or without the requested toppings. Not recommended.
