28/09/2025: The 4-star hotel probably was, but that was about 40 years ago. Now, only the renovated lobby bears witness to this. Upon exiting the elevator, reality hits hard… the carpet is filthy, hasn't seen a vacuum cleaner in years, and old mattresses are propped up against the walls in the hallway. The room is dark and the walls are dirty. The bathroom is large, and that's the only positive… mold, peeling plaster, and cobwebs… even the friendly staff, good location, and access to parking can't redeem the poor impression.

05/10/2025: Two coffees at the counter with dirty cups in front of me, the barista serves me a macchiato that spills out of the cup... you pay 10 cents more for the macchiato. Vergnano isn't like that, at least I hope.
01/10/2025: I visited this place with my family and we were really satisfied! The atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant, perfect for spending time together.
A special thanks goes to Ara, Ilary, and Gabriel for their exceptional service: they were always kind, helpful, and very professional.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for impeccable service and a pleasant, family-friendly experience.
We will definitely be back!

30/08/2025: Terrible food, cold cuts, very small portions, good value for money. Two main courses, half a bottle of wine, and a potato chip, €44. However, the service was friendly and fast.
We won't be returning.

The cannoli were stale, the gelato was awful.
The ice cream was the wrong flavor.
The worst experience in the area!
28/07/2025: To be a bar of the past, you have to be humble, polite, and kind.
Being treated so arrogance early in the morning isn't so nice. The person who worked the cash register for me was tired of doing that job...
One of the bartenders serving was kind and committed to her job.
Luckily I was just passing through...

02/10/2025: I love this place for everything, from the quality of the ingredients to the beauty of the place itself, and the 360-degree attention from Nerio (the owner) and Andrea, whose passion for what they do shines through.
You have to understand the restaurant's format, but dishes and quality like this are hard to come by.

30/01/2025: Posso giudicare solo la colazione in quanto non ho mai provato i pranzi di lavoro. Tutto ok, locale "normale" che serve una colazione senza infamia e senza lode.
Posizione indubbiamente strategica, in piena zona industriale di Brescia e quindi vicinissimo a una miriade di attività commerciali oltre che alla tangenziale.

05/08/2025: If I could give it 0 stars, I'd give it 0 stars. On Tuesday, I called for a Mille Folie for 10 people for Sunday. On Sunday morning, I went to the pastry shop, and the lady who makes them repeatedly told me she didn't have any reservations for this cake. Obviously, the call made on Tuesday is on my phone. I was told to try the pastry shop in Prealpino, which is obviously just an ice cream shop. I was truly disappointed and speechless, very sad!
01/08/2025: I wanted a good pistachio croissant, I read pastry shop, but the croissant was stale, at least 2 days old... what a disappointment

13/09/2025: It's self-service only and there are no restrooms. We bought sardines with polenta and polenta with cheese. Both were served on paper plates with plastic cutlery.
The sardines (€14) were small and dry. The polenta was very basic.
Aside from the good location, the snack bar was a huge disappointment for us overall.
27/08/2025: The food was very expensive and terrible. A Margherita pizza by the slice cost €3.50, with toppings €4. It was so bad it looked like the kind you buy at the supermarket. To top it all off, they didn't give me a receipt.

04/10/2025: Embarrassing takeout/delivery. Hours of delay. Not just once, but every time. HOURS! If you can't keep up with takeout, skip it. Back off!

18/05/2025: Siamo andati di proposito ad assaggiare ciò che produce il decantato pasticcere della TV...dove di buono non ho trovato nulla...la crema sentiva di uovo le altre paste erano normalissime paste di paese...sinceramente mi stupisce il successo di cotanta normalità!
