01/07/2024: In cerca di un bel locale per un aperitivo decidiamo di andare al Fam, ma purtroppo nemmeno la location può rimediare alle carenze di questo locale. Aperitivo che ora non servono più al tavolo, ma ti devi mettere in coda al bancone ed aspettare il tuo turno come in coda alle poste. Preso da bere, troviamo un tavolino e dopo un po’ che non vediamo arrivare nemmeno uno stuzzichino chiedo se possiamo avere due patatine, ma il cameriere ci spiega che sono le 20.10 e il buffet dell’aperitivo finisce alle 20.00 dunque se vogliamo qualcosa da mangiare possiamo scegliere qualcosa dal menù. Avevamo preso sei aperitivi e sicuramente avremmo fatto altri giri, ma dopo questa risposta siamo andati in un altro locale dove il cliente viene preso in considerazione.

15/06/2024: Locale dal mood internazionale, con splendida vista sul lago di Garda. Servizio impeccabile, menù con ampia scelta, buona carta dei vini. Molto interessante l’idea di abbinare il dessert con il suo liquore.

13/10/2024: Stupenda location fronte lago con ampio parcheggio ( difficile trovare a Sirmione ) ottima la cucina ho assaggiato il fritto misto e i tagliolini con le sarde. Veramente tutto superbo. Servizio gentile disponibile e veloce. Gentile il ragazzo del parcheggio. Prezzi onesti per il posto che è! Bravi !

24/08/2024: NOT RECOMMENDED. !!!!! I had asked for a coffee cream but they didn't have it. So, I was recommended a shecherato coffee which... was nothing other than the taste of bitter coffee with a very unpleasant and tasteless foam. Dirty and smelly environment. Everything reeked of neglect. In the end they replaced it with a normal coffee that was even more unpleasant. It's a shame, because the restaurant is located in a beautiful glimpse of true "Italian history". Shocking prices. A peach tea 4.50. Just as much a lanyard…..Never again!!!

20/08/2024: Perfect tourist place for a short stop before going to the Vittoriale. The freshly made piadina was very good. Efficient and very kind staff

02/06/2024: Hate in the comments UNJUSTIFIED, this is a bar not a restaurant. The owner is nice, he can be a bit invasive and exuberant but that's his character... I went in for a coffee and water with my girlfriend, there were no problems of "if you don't consume you don't go to the bathroom" because I have had a coffee and a water and the 2 of us went to the bathroom, we also chatted with him for a good 15 minutes, if I ever end up in the area again, I'll definitely stop by

01/06/2024: 2 coffees, 2 croissants (Mini), this is the total including the cover charge for 2 breakfasts, including 1 croissant with sour cream, but the absurdity is the cover charge for breakfast in a bar, never heard of. Obviously negative review.

24/12/2024: I had a very good time. Attention to the customer, the lady was very competent and good

30/11/2024: I phone to ask if they have dollars and they say yes, I arrive at the post office, I ask the operator to reconfirm me, I take the ticket, I queue for more than an hour and the dollars are not there...... RIDICULOUS

11/12/2024: I find denying a jug of hot water to warm a baby's milk while you're having it on the spot embarrassing.

30/11/2024: Staff not very polite and reluctant to respond to customer requests. At 7.55pm I place an order, asking for an orange juice. The latter is not given to me because, according to the bartender, the machine had already been cleaned. I underline that the shopping center closes at 10pm and the order was placed two hours before! Furthermore, after waiting for the two coffees ordered, I still find the table dirty with various glasses and cups on it. When asked to kindly clean the table, the staff was rude and responded quite badly. I was very disappointed with the "service".

11/10/2024: At the end of a beautiful day there should be an ice cream. Spontaneously just sat down and ordered. The ice cream sundaes were delicious and the prwis was normal. Nothing to complain about

08/01/2025: Basic environment, unprofessional staff with little desire to do anything, minimal choice of food (a few sandwiches and two types of toast)... if you want to spoil yourself, take a straight coffee: €2.50 each

20/08/2024: Not recommended at all. Poor quality food. The pizzas look like frozen dough. There are better things with similar prices nearby. The drink is really expensive and at the end they don't give you a ticket with the prices. Don't fall into the trap.

26/05/2024: Siamo stati con amici un sabato sera. Non posso dire niente sulla qualità della pizza che era molto buona, ma aspettare un’ora per quattro pizze margherite mi sembra tanto, considerando che 3/4 della sala era in attesa della pizza (solo 3 o 4 tavoli stavano consumando) e in mezz’ora ho visto uscire dalla cucina una decina di pizze peraltro nemmeno per la sala ma per la consegna a domicilio…!! Spero per loro che sia così solo il sabato altrimenti è un problema…!!!

19/05/2024: Abbiamo deciso di provare questa pizzeria dopo averne sentito parlare da degli amici… quanto mai. Più di un ora di attesa per una pizza nella media, quando nel bresciano ci sono mille altre valide alternative molto più buone e soprattutto con tempi di attesa umani. Dopo averlo fatto presente, la risposta è stata “ eh ma il sabato è normale”

08/12/2024: Titolare estremamente maleducato ed arrogante. Dopo anni che frequentiamo il locale e dopo dieci minuti di meritata colazione ci ha invitato davanti a tutta la clientela ad alzarci per lasciare il posto ad altri La qualità sarà anche indiscutibile ma per funzionare ci vuole anche educazione rispetto ed anche un po' di sorriso verso chi sostiene il tuo lavoro. Per noi estremamente mortificati questa è stata l'ultima colazione in questo locale.

23/08/2024: A theft. Went there to get an ice cream in the historic center we were very disappointed and shocked by the ice cream provided. Very sweet and very expensive (3 balls 14 euros). Classic place attracts tourists. One star is too much

19/08/2024: FRAUD, SCAM, RIP-OFF - HANDS OFF. Ice-cold SCAM AND RIP-OFF in about 8 different ice cream parlors in Sirmione. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. Now for the background: First you are invited to try different types of ice cream with a small spoon, which initially sounds like a nice gesture, but unfortunately the visit turned out to be completely different. When we actually wanted to order two scoops twice and asked for the smallest cup (5€ for two scoops), no one prepared the small cup for us, but instead served us a huge sundae each (probably half a kilo of ice cream twice) despite repeated advice When we asked for a small portion, they made no move to serve us a smaller cup. In the end, the 4 balls cost us a total of €16 and unfortunately I still can't understand how this sum came about. As our stay in Sirmione continued, we discovered that this ice cream parlor belongs to a chain and that this scam and rip-off scam exists in around 8 different locations in this city. They all follow the same pattern of fraud: opaque prices, poor service, expensive bullets and cold, blatant rip-offs. For this reason, this review will be found in each of their ice cream shops. I hope you don't make the same mistake! Nice holidays.

05/07/2024: We ate here during our 10 day stay; we both had a delicious carbonara pasta, the portions was great which we didn’t find a lot of in Desenzano, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere
