05/10/2025: We went last night for dinner and it was practically impossible to eat the various sushi due to the overcooked rice, but the rest was edible.
The owner, informed of the incident, did not correct the situation in any way, demonstrating disrespect towards the customers.
The price advertised online was around 20 euros, but in reality, even though we only ordered water, it was around 30 euros.
Not recommended, and we won't be returning.
09/09/2025: This is my fifth time there, and I have to say the place is truly beautiful. They recently renovated it, and it's very elegant now.
Some dishes were delicious, while others were a bit salty, but overall everything was good.
The only flaw was the service, which was really slow: I waited about 20 minutes for my first course.
Despite this, I recommend it because the menu is very extensive and offers many more options than other restaurants.

19/07/2025: What can I ask? I don't even know it, and therefore I don't frequent it.
But this, aside from my opinion on the matter, doesn't matter; Vio doesn't take away the fact that it's a commercial establishment, and the best.
I've been there from outside, and the scenic image of the place is beautiful.

29/11/2025: I went to get a takeout kebab piadina and asked for all the ingredients (except the yogurt and spicy sauce) plus ketchup.
As soon as I got home, after two bites the ketchup was already gone, they added the yogurt sauce, and when I opened it, there was only meat and no other toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion).
I won't be going back.
27/09/2025: I asked for a kebab piadina without yogurt sauce and when I found it inside the piadina they told me they wouldn't make it again.

13/08/2025: Super cute place right in the heart of Carmine. Prices are a little high, but worth it. Their aperitivo is really good and filling, with excellent ingredients and pairings.
22/07/2025: I'm increasingly shocked by the prices at this bar: I asked for a bottle of water, they brought me the 0.25 one, and I paid €3 for it!!! Shame on me.

02/12/2025: The pizzas are good but every time they weigh the box as if it were merchandise, ending up paying almost 3 euros for it. This time I explicitly asked for the tare to be removed, they weighed the pizza directly on the scale (not very hygienic) and delivered it to me on two trays, making me pay for them separately!

17/09/2025: A wonderful restaurant! Great view! Special dishes 🥰 and friendly staff! A fantastic evening for us. We ate there last year...we were looking forward to it again this year 🥰...and of course, an evening at Ai Pines is on the cards for next year on Lake Garda 🥰.
I don't understand some of the reviews here...yes, tastes differ, but there's something for everyone in this restaurant!

05/06/2025: Visitamos este restaurante, después de pedir en nuestro hotel una sugerencia para una comida... bien valió la pena, tuvimos un poco de hipo al principio, cuando pedimos un entrante de pescado, lo que vino no fue lo que pensamos, pero decidimos mantenerlo y probarlo, estaba delicioso... Volvimos una segunda vez, esta vez pedimos la Pasta de Mariscos para 2 , absolutamente deliciosa y más que suficiente para dos personas. El personal era encantador y amable, dispuesto a ayudarle con sus elecciones. . . . pero lo mejor de todo era la vista desde el restaurante, con vistas al lago de Garda

Czas oczekiwania myślę ze standardowo.
Ceny przystępne.
Polecam sprobować wino Lugana Sirmione oraz lane piwo.

30/09/2025: We ordered a meat and a vegetarian menu and were able to eat comfortably, sharing all the dishes, which were very tasty and easily digestible.
The service was very friendly.
We would like to return to try other dishes from the truly extensive menu.

27/08/2025: The staff is very rude, we went for an aperitif and since it was cold inside we asked to turn down the air a bit and we were rudely told (by the brunette lady with long hair) that she was working and was hot and therefore it was not possible and she left.
