09/04/2026: I've been to Scalabrino in Verolavecchia twice now, and I can say with certainty that the food is truly excellent. Carefully crafted dishes, authentic flavors, and a quality you can taste from the first bite. You can clearly sense the passion in the kitchen and the attention to detail. Each time, it's been a great experience, both for the food and the atmosphere. A sincere thank you to all the staff for their work: I'll definitely be back! 👏

22/03/2026: Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back soon! We arrived at almost 2 pm, thinking they'd turn us down, but instead they let us sit and were super kind and helpful! Try the torta fritta con salumi, one of the best I've ever eaten, light and not very greasy! The cold cuts and the giardiniera they serve it with are also excellent quality. I also had the tagliata morbida, abundant and perfectly cooked. We also tried the pizza, really good, made as the owner explained to us, with a special impact, really light, worth trying!
