02/06/2026: Trattoria Leon d'Oro doesn't improvise. The passion for food is palpable as soon as you step inside. You can clearly sense a tried-and-tested family business, where the art of hospitality is proudly passed down. The service is attentive, fast, and driven by a natural skill that only those who grew up in the kitchen can convey.
30/03/2026: I hate to give one star. I had a casual business lunch. First course, second course, and side dish. I only ate the vegetable side dish; the rest was truly inedible! The pasta with radicchio and cheese cream was practically nonexistent, the second course was impossible to swallow, the meat tough and chewy. The only edible food was the steamed vegetables... let's say decent! A friend of mine ordered only chicken breast and two side dishes, without the first course. He was charged for one side dish... considering it consisted of three (not just saying) leaves of lettuce.
I will absolutely never go back!

27/04/2026: Too expensive. For two cappuccinos, one brioche, and one slice of tart (mandatory since they ran out of brioche at 9 a.m.), I paid €8.40. You can spend much less in touristy places like on the lake or the beach. I recommend lowering the prices.

I've always had a great meal.
Excellent food, and the pizza is delicious and huge!
The daily menu is always varied and varied.
The waitresses are very kind, friendly, and fast.
Some evenings I couldn't dine there because of the time, and they'd send me everything to take away.

08/02/2026: I simply stopped for a coffee and an aperitif. The place isn't the best but I must say the courtesy was excellent. We were welcomed with a smile. The only thing was that the lady at the aperitif was a little light on the appetizers.

08/06/2026: I had the most expensive espresso of my life there on the evening of June 7th, 2026, for €6.50.
On the plus side... the owner responded promptly. Yes, I should have complained; I was completely surprised. It's not my intention to give the place a bad review, but €13 for two espressos was too much.
07/06/2026: €16 for two appetizers, more ice than appetizer, not even a single crisp, olive, or anything else. Shameful.
I won't return and I don't recommend it to anyone.

30/05/2026: What a beautiful place with incredible Pizza. Ask for a table with a lake view. Order a local glass of wine for 7€ and know that it will be a perfect night. This is the Dolce Vida.
28/04/2026: Very close to the Vittoriale degli Italiani in Gardone, in a splendid setting, amidst historic and charming streets, lies this beautiful restaurant overlooking Lake Garda, where you can dine beautifully. We chose homemade gnocchi and lasagna, and you can taste the homemade flavors. You can also choose pizza, which looked delicious—we'll try that next time, too. All this on a magnificent terrace with a glass veranda and outdoor tables. The wine list is also excellent. The service is good, but the real gem is the owners, the lady and her daughter, who are incredibly friendly and capable, with a genuine old-fashioned spirit, a quick wit, and the ability to provide excellent service with a smile. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

03/05/2026: This year the resort gained 1,000 points. Could it be due to the new management? I found the staff helpful and welcoming. Excellent service. The rooms were clean, bright, and spacious (and I'm very picky). What can I say about the place... beautiful! The location allows you to reach truly beautiful places to visit. I was also pleased with the gluten-free options. Unfortunately, I didn't stay long, but I plan to return for a longer stay. Thanks to all the staff.

04/06/2026: No one wants to work: I had all the evidence to frame my former landlady in a rental dispute and I was never heard, they only do the basic homework that serves no purpose and when that's not enough (which is always) they invite you to take private legal action.

19/06/2026: Excellent seafood dinner. I came with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed both the raw seafood, which was fresh and plentiful, and the spaghetti with clams, which was truly delicious. Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. A positive experience in every way, we'll definitely be back.

11/11/2025: Excellent location, nice place without excessive decor, well-balanced dishes, although lately I've been preferring places with smaller portion sizes because that way you can try more.
The staff is friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to include coffee in the price... it's a great addition to a nice lunch or dinner. And it certainly doesn't add much to the price.
I'll definitely be back.

10/12/2025: The dinner was good, but the space was really small. The advertising had high expectations. Dancing wasn't possible unless you were pressed against the table or the piano, which took up half the room. The atmosphere, however, was very dated, reminiscent of the 1960s.
26/11/2025: I often mix here at Sestino Beach, offering various musical genres. It's always exciting for me to see the audience having fun, dancing and singing along to my songs and the music I select.
