Hotel is fine but definitely not 5 stars, 3 at best. Location is good. The bed doesnt come with the cover, just a very thin bedsheet. Some kind of smoke alarm started renting at 7am and lasted for 30 minutes. It Didnt seem to bother the staff….

A 5-star hotel, but now dated. The rooms are decidedly dated and in need of modernization. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is disappointing for the standard of the hotel. The only definite plus is the location practically in the center; you can walk everywhere in the city center.

A hotel that has seen better days. The receptionist was lovely. But there's no staff to help you with luggage, etc. Its central location is its best asset. Very, very outdated. But clean and inexpensive. The 5-star rating is an illusion.

Historic hotel right in the city center. Excellent breakfast. Large rooms—even the standard single. I stayed three times in 2025 and twice in 2026. A guarantee of quality.

Great experience staying here in Brescia. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel is located to many interesting places and things to do. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Excellent hotel in a great location, large rooms and a large, comfortable bed. Breakfast with Renata and Flori, very kind, was excellent and plentiful. I recommend it.

15/05/2026: Excellent location, good food despite slightly repetitive breakfast. Nice staff although they should employ people who speak fluent English. It was difficult to communicate sometimes with the receptionists, cleaning staff.
01/05/2026: Lovely hotel in a fantastic location on Lake Garda. Very clean and very helpful friendly staff.

14/12/2025: I've been coming here for lunch for several years, and it's always a pleasure! The lake appetizer and baked tench with polenta... finger-licking good!
12/11/2025: What a charming hotel in a perfect location right on the lake! There are reserved parking spaces directly in front of the building. We had a lovely room with a small balcony. Not ultra-modern, but in excellent condition. We were the only guests in the hotel in November, yet we were still treated with great care. Breakfast was also excellent. The atmosphere by the lake was wonderful, both in the morning and in the evening. Clusane is less hectic than other towns on the lake, but has everything you need for a short break. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
