07/03/2026: We were fortunate enough to be guests at Miramonti L'altro during a very quiet midweek lunch, so we enjoyed the attentive staff and the splendid bow window overlooking the garden. The location is comfortable and welcoming, as are the welcoming and professional staff.
Having opted for the "Chez Philippe" menu, which was blind, the dishes weren't always to our liking, but that was purely down to personal preference.
We'll definitely be back for masterpieces like #volevoessereunpomodoro and the iconic risotto, as well as some treats like the amuse-bouche, krapfen, and cannoli from the small pastry shop.
An honorable mention goes to the young sommelier Simone: despite his age, he demonstrates a profound knowledge of the subject and a remarkable talent for pairings—definitely a resource worth cultivating and not letting go.

The service is elegant and genuine, attentive yet discreet, led by owner Emanuele, who boasts over 50 years of experience.
Dogs are welcome.
The food is nothing short of perfect, generously sized and of the highest quality.
We ordered two tasting menus (€140 each), which included everything from appetizer to dessert, accompanied by a good Gewürztraminer served at just the right temperature. The dishes were excellent and served on time.
The coffee was excellent.
It seats about 36, so reservations are recommended.
Ample indoor parking.

Chef Stefano also came to the tables multiple times, which added to the very good hospitality and experience as a whole.
The wine list is also something to look forward to.
All in all one of the best experiences in a star restaurant we ever had, we will definitely come back again.

Strategic location, very close to bus and ferry stops, on the lake shore, restaurants and bars all around. Private garage available upon request.
Large and comfortable room; ours had a terrace with a chair and lounger. I highly recommend this option.
Everything was spotless.
Breakfast was excellent, both in terms of variety and quality.
The staff is the pride of this property. Everyone was kind and professional.
A special thanks to the very young receptionist, who has already perfectly adapted to her role with competence and friendliness.
One of those places you leave with nostalgia and a desire to return.

01/06/2026: A small and creative menu featuring regional cuisine. Super friendly and attentive service that immediately catered to special requests. Unique ambiance. In short: Outstanding if you're looking for excellent food without any fuss.

We enjoyed two full menus and two first courses for the kids. We ate fish and were very happy with the food, and the price was really fair!

05/06/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance after turning off the tunnel, and then we found this lovely little town. It was packed with kite surfers, but still very charming. We looked around for a restaurant and found this one – a real hidden gem. The food was excellent, and the service was superb. The menu was also available in German, and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.
02/06/2026: A historic venue with an elegance and a taste of times gone by. Warm welcome, impeccable service, performed with class and never intrusive. Dishes crafted with skill and elegance, beautiful and delicious. Prices are in line with the excellent quality. Unfortunately, I didn't try the fish, but we'll definitely be back. See you next time.

13/06/2026: Amazing motorhome stay!
We chose Al Rocol for a five night stay during our motorhome road trip, as we wanted some time in a more secluded location away from larger sites. It was the best decision! There are only a few motorhomes allowed at any time, so you have plenty of space, shade of the trees and the area is right opposite the vineyard so the view is amazing!
We had a private wine tasting with gorgeous food, and we also ate in the pretty terrace of the restaurant on our last night!
Outstanding food and sampled a bottle of their oldest sparking wine, which was amazing.
The showers, waste disposal and recycling facilities are excellent, and each pitch has fresh water and EHU.
Added bonus, the swimming pool!
We hope to return, thank you to all the lovely staff.

17/05/2026: We were guests of the B&B and were offered this at check-in. We were pleased with the choice; the cuisine was excellent, with carefully prepared dishes, generous portions of first courses, and even excellent pizza.
Excellent value for money. A 20% discount for B&B guests is an added bonus.

14/06/2026: I recommend it wholeheartedly and truly 100%!!! Delicious food, incredibly friendly service, and a great atmosphere. We went once to try it and only went there for the rest of our stay. We're going home today and regret not getting a takeaway pizza 😢 The prices are reasonable, and customers wait in line for a table. The staff brings orders very quickly, so you don't have to wait long. I honestly don't know who's writing negative reviews of your restaurant. It seems like someone who doesn't like anything in their life or actually prefers eating at McDonald's 😂 We recommend it and thank you!
