20/05/2025: We were a group of nine people, consisting of two families, and were lucky enough to even get a table – without a prior reservation, it would have been impossible. We were seated in the "winter garden," and it quickly became clear that we weren't part of the usual clientele. The parking lot was rapidly filling up with luxury cars, and the restaurant teemed with well-heeled customers. The service was generally attentive, but unfortunately, despite communicating in Italian, there were some obvious misunderstandings. This started with the aperitif: We were refused a Campari soda because it wasn't on the menu. All the ingredients were available – it would have been easy to fulfill our request. The biggest discrepancies, however, occurred with the food: The adults had ordered appetizers, while the children were supposed to receive their main courses at the same time to avoid waiting. Instead, all the main courses arrived together, and the appetizers arrived shortly after. When we asked, we received only the brief explanation: "The pizzaiolo is faster than the kitchen." Such miscoordination simply cannot happen, regardless of who sets the pace in the kitchen! The pizza itself was a bit bland in taste, but the food was otherwise fine, and the portion sizes were appropriate for the kids. By the time we were finished, we clearly felt that our time was up. It seemed as if our satisfaction was secondary to the desire to generate the next sale.

24/05/2025: If you want to drink a Beer with a capital "B" this is the right place. Ask Aldo and he will surely be able to advise you. The food is not to be outdone, refined and cared for. Competent and very kind staff. What more could you ask for?

24/05/2025: A lovely and cozy little restaurant on a quiet central street. The menu is diverse: from select sausage and cheese platters, pinsa and meat dishes to pasta dishes with seafood. The value for money is excellent. Highly recommended.

28/05/2025: One of the best ice cream sundaes I've ever had!! The atmosphere is simply fantastic. Everything is just perfect! The view from the terrace is also perfect. You can tell as soon as you walk in that someone runs this gelateria with love and taste! High praise!

10/05/2025: Unfortunately we were pretty disappointed. In our experience, the Michelin star and the good reviews here are not understandable. The main course in particular was not worthy of stars. The potato was too salty (like the sauce in the pasta course), the polenta was quite dry and the braised meat was excessively fatty. The semifreddo was a somewhat conciliatory end to the evening, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the processes between the courses were not at a star level, nor was the wine accompaniment. What stood out positively was the very friendly and competent service. There was a wedding taking place at the same time as our dinner, so perhaps that had a negative impact on the kitchen. But it shouldn't be in this price range. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the restaurant and have eaten much better in many fine dining restaurants without a star.

31/05/2025: Seppur la location in pieno lago sia carina, mi dispiace davvero molto dover dire che venire qui mi ha deluso abbastanza. Premetto però innanzitutto che il personale è stato cortese, educato e simpatico. Detto questo, decisamente con il rapporto qualità-prezzo non ci siamo per nulla. Le portate davvero piccole (ho scelto l’antipasto ti tonno al teriyaki e mi hanno portato 4 fettine minuscole di pesce con un timballo di salsa di avocado palesemente fatto per riempire il piatto che altrimenti si sarebbe presentato vuoto altrimenti (tutto questo per un prezzo davvero spropositato). Premetto anche che non ho alcun problema a pagare cifre considerevoli se le pietanze hanno una certa qualità. Abbiamo poi preso come secondo un piatto di pesce fritto che doveva essere servito con verdure. Bene…la frittura era pesantissima e le verdure erano, e non esagero, quattro regoli e e un paio di striscioline di carote. Magari avendo optato per altri piatti sarebbe andata in altra maniera…boh! Esperienza fatta e credo a questo punto di non tornarci.

26/05/2025: We identified this place from online reviews, and were particularly impressed by the culinary offerings. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with courtesy by the maitre de salle. The place is elegant, featuring a large presence of fine wood. As an appetizer, we opted for the risotto with fresh asparagus, stracciatella and perch tartare, while for the second course we chose the braised beef cheek with carrot puree and baby spinach. Both dishes turned out to be of excellent quality, truly exquisite. To conclude the meal, we shared a rose cake and a burnt yogurt cream, both exquisite. The price, in line with the general average, is slightly high, but the quality of the food made it fully justified.
