This restaurant is located in a beautiful courtyard where you can also eat outside. The interior is well-kept, and the photos on the walls convey the authentic atmosphere of these places. I personally tried the egg cooked at 63°C on Jerusalem artichoke cream... exceptional, as was the lamb loin with artichokes... DON'T miss it!!!! I forgot to mention that for dessert, I chose a Serge Milano cannoncino, which they fill on the spot with custard... delicious!

Excellent restaurant serving traditional cuisine.
It offers traditional Bergamo dishes, along with reinterpretations and sophisticated dishes.
A bit pricey, but you pay for the quality.
The staff is very courteous and friendly.
They also serve consistently high-quality business lunches.
The wine cellar is also excellent, with a vast selection of wines.

An intimate place that feels like home. Carefully prepared and original dishes, portions just right, even for me, a foodie. Excellent selection of wines from the cellar and reasonable prices. In the warmer months, you can also sit outside.

A magnificent experience. Gianmarco is a quality restaurateur with a fine wine cellar. The opening Franciacorta was extraordinary. The Italian-style appetizer with Piedmontese beef tartare, exceptional cured meats accompanied by a magnificent and balanced giardiniera, as was the selection of cheeses. The snails were sublime, and the casoncelli were flavorful and balanced. The lemon tart was explosive, full of flavor and strength. Congratulations. I must return for much more.
