I assume I had some interaction with the owner, who was extremely kind and passionate!!! I had a "traditional" pizza, which in my opinion was somewhere between a thin and crispy Roman pizza and a Neapolitan pizza (I imagine they roll it out by hand and bake it at a medium temperature). The mix of very flavorful flours and the care taken in making the dough; from the aroma and flavor, I think they use at least a type 1 or 2 flour. The ingredients are valued, like the fact that they serve raw buffalo mozzarella, and other small touches were appreciated. The prices, for me, were perfect for the offerings. The location is extravagant, very well-kept and clean. If I understand correctly, they're musicians; you can see their artistic streak!! I had a great time here in every way.

Nice, clean, and tidy atmosphere, the waitress and owner were kind and professional... The pinsa was a no-no for me, but my opinion doesn't apply to the place since I've never had it, and maybe I wouldn't like it anywhere else either. Dessert was nothing special... The pistachio, kindly provided, was truly delicious.

Definitely my new go-to restaurant when I'm in the area. The menu offers a wide selection of both seafood and meat dishes, all the dishes are excellent quality, and the staff is extremely friendly.

Second time here, even after a few years. We were greeted warmly, and the staff were very friendly and fast throughout the evening. The pizzas arrived quickly and were delicious! Just one tip: the knives cut really well! Otherwise, everything was really great.

Everything was great! Excellent pizza and desserts, but the meat was a little cold! Recommended restaurant!
