I believe that the elegance of Paolo and the maître d' translates into the dishes: carefully prepared, refined, and excellent. Paolo strives for exclusivity in every product. The meat is excellent, as is everything else. To date, I believe it to be one of the best restaurants in Bergamo.

Excellent restaurant. Well-maintained restaurant and very friendly staff. Limited menu but quality products. Today, Tuscan pecorino cheese was available as an appetizer. Homemade bread is served. The meat is cooked over the fireplace. The fruit sorbet is exceptional. Coffee made with a moka pot and served with excellent biscuits. I'll be back.
