We'd been walking past the entrance for a while and the menu always had something interesting... so we finally made it on Sunday, we tried the vegetable meatballs with Bagòss cream, the Casoncelli di Barbariga and the rabbit... everything was really good... highly recommended!!

Excellent service. Good first courses, minimal side dishes. It would be nice to have the prices listed on the menu. Homely, but not overly so. Busy at lunchtime.

Excellent dinner with delicious ingredients
The focaccia appetizer, topped with escarole and a local ham and cheese-like dish, was delicious. It was plentiful and could even serve 3-4 people as an appetizer.
The first courses, on the other hand, were decidedly smaller in size but very good. I highly recommend the duck ragù.
The tiramisu was also good.
€57 for an appetizer, two first courses, a dessert, and water.

The atmosphere was very welcoming, the owners were friendly and helpful. We tasted typical Brescian dishes, excellent and well-prepared, paired with a truly delicious local red wine. We'll definitely be back!

A typical osteria in the truest sense of the word. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a genuine atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
We started with an excellent appetizer of traditional cured meats and cheeses, all of the highest quality. Next up was a simply excellent beef stew in olive oil: tender, flavorful, and cooked according to tradition. Also not to be missed is the strachì parat, creamy and enveloping, perfect for those who love authentic local flavors.
A place where Brescian cuisine is respected and celebrated, ideal for those seeking authentic dishes, without frills, but with a lot of heart.

I dined here with friends for the first time a few nights ago. Honestly, I wasn't blown away. We spent €40 each, each ordering a dish, splitting almost an appetizer each, and ordering almost a dessert each (+ water and two carafes of house wine). The appetizers were good, and the dessert was good too. The dishes varied quite a bit. My tripe was good, but not far from what I've had elsewhere (and at home), but more importantly, for €15, it wasn't a large portion. The pork others had, however, was rather dry.
All in all, it was a good experience, but for €40, I've had better Brescian cuisine elsewhere, in my opinion.
EDIT: I wrote "a few nights ago" because I know Google sometimes takes a while to accept reviews. If I'm actually misremembering the number of desserts (9 instead of just under 9) and the price of the tripe (13 instead of 15), I apologize; it was an honest mistake. For the rest, my opinion remains unchanged. Above all, the fact that there were so many of us and that some people got up to go smoke has nothing to do with our opinion of the dishes. The service was fast and impeccable (I gave it 5 stars), and no one left their food on the table, letting it get cold.
