A great strength is the attention to intolerances, allergies, and specific dietary needs: each course was expertly and respectfully adapted, without ever sacrificing flavor or presentation.
The service was punctual, courteous, and discreet. All this was complemented by excellent value, making the experience even more satisfying. A must-have for those seeking authentic and inclusive cuisine, capable of welcoming each guest with professionalism and warmth.

16/07/2025: A guarantee in Bergamo! If you're craving a burger, you have to come here! In my opinion, you won't find sandwiches as good as theirs anywhere else in Bergamo! Unfortunately, I don't have any photos, but I'll take them next time and add them.
Oh, I forgot about the ribs!! They melt in your mouth! You have to try them!

26/06/2025: The amuse bouche was already setting up the expectations and the chef did not fail to meet them.
Lobster was tender and fresh just the portion was so small it was so good😭 sourdough was warm and crunchy sticks were buttery and well salted. The signature risotto combined a lot of flavors: cheesy, herby, and a little tangy and fruity from the raspberry powder. Lovely touch so that it’s not overly cheesy and heavy. Foie gras and eel combo was perfection. Eel was tender with the sauce while foie gras was also tender with fattiness goes down so smoothly while still having the original flavour of each ingredient. I can taste them separately in my mouth but also together. Chicken breast was not super special just cooked well and kept the tenderness instead of being dry but that’s expected at a two star Michelin. The pasta was a little too al dente but the chef made it for it by giving the uni ice cream. Wow. Seafood flavours preserved with sweetness from sugar but also uni itself. The sea grapes also added a crunch to it. Palate cleaner was refreshing. Mille feuille is buttery and crispy although the first bite of the ice cream threw me off. The after taste is refreshing though. I think this is the best petit four I’ve ever had. No misses. Peach chocolate had real bits of peaches so aromatic. Milk chocolate had a good crunch. The pine nut cake had lemon drops on it. I like how the chef balances out sweetness/saltiness with tanginess super refreshing. Lastly the chocolate banana bite was so rich.
The service is impeccable: I sneezed and a tissue box was handed to me.

15/07/2025: I recently stayed at the Enterprise Hotel in Milan for four nights and, unfortunately, I don’t believe it truly deserves its 4-star rating.
First of all, the breakfast was disappointing. There was a serious lack of variety, and on busier mornings, they actually ran out of some items — which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. In my opinion, the breakfast is not worth purchasing.
Another strange experience was during check-in, when I was asked to pay a €200 deposit for a four-night stay. I later found out that other guests were charged only €100, or weren’t asked for a deposit at all. This inconsistency felt unfair and unprofessional. Additionally, the city tax was not clearly mentioned at the beginning — I was only informed about the amount at check-out, which should have been communicated upfront.
Overall, while the hotel has some nice features, these issues made my stay less enjoyable, and I don’t think it lives up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel.

06/04/2025: Un’esperienza davvero unica in un locale particolarissimo, gestito con passione e cura da una splendida coppia italo-giapponese. Lei, la cuoca, è una vera maestra nella preparazione di piatti vegetariani e vegani, capaci di stupire per la creatività e l’equilibrio dei sapori.
Ogni piatto è un piccolo capolavoro: ricercato, curatissimo nella presentazione, con un meraviglioso assortimento di colori e guarnizioni a base di fiori eduli che aggiungono bellezza e delicatezza.
L’ambiente è arredato in stile minimal, essenziale ma accogliente, perfettamente in linea con la filosofia del locale. Un posto perfetto per chi cerca qualcosa di autentico, sano e sorprendente. Consigliatissimo!

Each dish is a small masterpiece: refined, meticulous in presentation, with a wonderful assortment of colors and garnishes based on edible flowers that add beauty and delicacy.
The environment is furnished in a minimal, essential but welcoming style, perfectly in line with the philosophy of the place. A perfect place for those looking for something authentic, healthy and surprising. Highly recommended!

01/07/2025: They made a wonderful cake for our civil wedding: beautiful, delicious and very soft! My expectations were far exceeded.
I had requested a spatula cake with light pink flowers, some green leaves and berries, and it was exactly what I wanted, in fact, even more beautiful!
A huge thank you to the pastry chef, who was able to listen to me and capture every detail with precision and passion.
I will definitely be back! Highly recommended!
20/06/2025: Hands down, it is definitely the best pastry shop in Como. The guys at the counter are super kind, the pastries are delicious and the cakes are spectacular. I also relied on them for my wedding cake and we received nothing but compliments.
