I recommend the "mixed pinwheel" for two: about 700 grams of meat that allows you to try different cuts, all very flavorful and lean (pork, buffalo burger, kangaroo fillet, and Polish Masurian cube roll). The dish is accompanied by grilled vegetables and baked potatoes, as pictured. The homemade desserts are also excellent, truly delicious and carefully crafted, perfect for ending the meal. Prices are average. Reservations recommended.

15/01/2026: Attracted by the excellent reviews, we decided to try the Roman cooking class, also because we were tempted by the idea of ​​a final dinner together. The setting is lovely and the atmosphere pleasant, but there were way too many people: more than a true cooking class, it often becomes more like "watching others cook." For the rather high price, I would have expected a more hands-on and engaging experience, not just "throwing a pan every now and then." The tastings were nice, but even here I was expecting something different: a real convivial dinner, as described in the course presentation, and not just small samples. I would suggest dividing the tastings into several dishes, since some people seemed to have come there to feed themselves and didn't give everyone a chance to try the dish. Overall, it was a decent experience, but with expectations decidedly higher than what was actually offered.

06/01/2026: A very welcoming and unique place, with attention to detail and many eye-catching furnishings. Impeccable and fast service, with little wait between courses. Friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious, and the stay was pleasant. We had an appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, and coffee. Highly recommended; I'll definitely be back, especially to try the guinea fowl tortelloni with aromatic herbs.

04/01/2026: Excellent traditional food, simple and attentive service. The same goes for the well-maintained rooms. Everything as it should be. I recommend the cooked shoulder with mustard!
