An unexpected discovery during our stay in Genoa. A cozy restaurant off the main pedestrian routes, on a quiet street near the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta di Carignano. The menu features traditional Ligurian cuisine. The owners, although they speak limited English, were very welcoming and eager to help. The dishes were wonderful and delicious. The service was fast and pleasant. This place is definitely worth a visit.

We booked through The Fork, which didn't offer a discount, at this osteria near Galliera Hospital, for lunch on a weekday. The food and the setting lived up to the reviews we'd read. We'll definitely return and recommend it.

Incredibly friendly staff - delicious drinks and local fried snacks outside in cozy quiet setting before a perfect genovese dinner with pansetti in walnut sauce and mandilli with pesto. Nice ambiance inside too!

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Clean and well-kept atmosphere. EXCEPTIONAL dishes, stuffed anchovies (out of this world). I highly recommend it. Enjoy the evening. Appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, and a glass of wine.

I ate so well that I wanted to come and live right in front of it to eat all my life in this restaurant, I think that a place like this should be included in the world heritage list, Ines the owner is very kind and welcoming

12/04/2026: We were in Genoa for Easter weekend. I booked this restaurant based on its reviews and proximity to my hotel. It was the right choice. The place is beautiful, clean, with plenty of space between the tables. Everything we ate was delicious. The service was also good. Well done.

We appreciated the attention to every detail, from the elegant decor, to the table setting, to the quality of the ingredients in the innovative dishes.
