Trattoria my friend Roberto advised (and booked for us) as he had his wedding dinner there so we went there (and it was only 500m from our hotel). Local food and local clients and that is a good sign. Very few places where you see the youngest kid eat more pasta pesto than Mom and sing along Auguri a te to her sister turning 5.

You can taste the care and quality of the ingredients used, according to local tradition. ​Ombretta's welcome: An honorable mention goes to her, who was extremely courteous, attentive, and possessed of an overwhelming warmth that made you feel immediately at home. ​The Host's personality: The owner has a lively personality and a distinctive character. His sometimes friendly nature adds a touch of sincerity and folklore that makes the experience even more memorable and authentic. ​A must-see for those who love good food and authenticity. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality meal in an environment that has made Genoa's culinary history.
