I've had donuts everywhere... but I spent Easter in this trattoria, Michy, Paolo, Franca, and all the staff are excellent, excellent... the food??? EXCELLENT... thanks for what you do... it's clear that you don't only think about your wallet like in some places... well done

Had a meal yesterday with friends. The food was really good. The place was very nice. I'm giving the service a three, averaging the five from the excellent young waiter who looked after us, and the zero for what I assume was the owner or, at least, the older waiter, who didn't handle a situation involving a small dog at our table very well. We'd mentioned over the phone that we had a dog and a small child. A lady started complaining about the dog barking every now and then. The owner, instead of suggesting that the complaining table be moved outside, or that we be moved, or that there was a lady complaining about animals at a farm (...), made up the story about the lady being allergic. In the end, we had to suggest we move outside, causing the entire staff to scramble to set up a table for 14 people outside with the starters already being brought out. This, to the chagrin of the same young waiter who was on our side, clearly created problems with the service, not only at our table but also at the others.

Home cooking with excellent ingredients. Rustic and traditional, but small and packed, the safety level is questionable...
Tip: book by 8:00 PM at the latest, otherwise, after coffee, you'll be turned away with classic Ligurian courtesy.

GOOD. We've overcome the 5km of narrow secondary road [the only sacrifice].
Quality Genoese tradition at reasonable prices: it takes effort to spend more than 30 euros. The ravioli are the main attraction, but everyone enjoyed every dish available that day. Extra note: the coffee is also good.
The restaurant has only a few tables: reservations are required on weekends, let alone in summer. Parking is available nearby. Friendly service.

Definitely worth returning to.
Informal atmosphere, a true "old-fashioned" trattoria, very kind and helpful staff, a very good and generous traditional Ligurian "meat" menu, excellent quality house red and white wine... very crowded, but on Sunday lunchtime everyone wants a seat 😉

If you want a fake restaurant with designer products that can make a good impression... don't come here. Here you'll find TRUE local quality, without mentioning that the salami is made here and the coppa is made there... the pasta is handmade by one person or another, and above all, the crostini with chestnut flour for the lard... or the wholemeal bread... are made with flour from the mill of... (You can tell they weren't bought at the supermarket). If you add that all the staff are excellent at helping you with every need throughout the meal and the price is more than fair... I'd say it's worth coming and trying... even if I don't think my advice is needed... Great... highly recommended, 8 stars from me.

I came here 40 years ago with my office colleagues, and I have to say the quality is exactly the same as it once was. Excellent ravioli, delicious baked cima, and the apple pie with ice cream was sublime. We'll be back.
