26/10/2025: Our first time, a magical discovery! Risotto with creamed cannellini beans, bacon, walnuts, and a local spice. Fresh broccoli, a worthy platter, and a trattoria-like price. The oil used was full-bodied and pure. We'll be back.

03/11/2025: A truly unique, almost magical experience, enjoyed in the heart of a tuff cave that seems suspended in time. The menu was a constant discovery: sophisticated yet authentic dishes, where each ingredient is clearly perceived, like a symphony of local flavors presented with passion and respect. The soft egg with truffle and the tagliolini with cabbage definitely exceeded all expectations. Rarely do you taste cuisine so creative yet so deeply rooted in the land and memory. The Tellus wine, expertly served, completed a perfect sensory journey. It's just a shame the restaurant closed shortly afterward—we were lucky enough to arrive in time for an experience that will remain etched in our memory. A place that spoke to the heart and the palate.

17/01/2026: A family-run restaurant that focuses on quality products. Homemade cuisine rich in traditional flavors. The rosemary tagliata and all the meat are excellent! I highly recommend it.

18/12/2025: Dinner with colleagues, tiny portions served on trays. A joke to the owner! When asking for a larger portion, the response was: "If you pay, you eat!" Two tiny samples at the bottom of the plate, after the second sample, he passes the first sample back to a 32-person baking dish. The bread was a given, the second course was acceptable, the entrecôte was good, the lamb was just the bone, the stew was a must, it was just chestnuts. The side dishes arrive after you've finished the second course. The potatoes are always a tray for 7, not for everyone because they're finished, so he brings you a small tray of chicory for 12. The dessert was acceptable.

19/01/2026: I don't understand why they complicated the service so much. Eating here today was impossible! The app doesn't let you book, you have to do an impossible double-tap on the tablet, which just doesn't make sense... I wanted Burger King fries, but I had to choose McDonald's, which is nearby and, not surprisingly, is much busier. I think this fast-food chain is scoring an own goal...

16/01/2026: I am writing to complain. I am a customer of your restaurant, Centro Burger King, in Viterbo, Via Villanova 1. I was there for lunch a few days ago and ordered a couple of hamburgers. First of all, I saw that the guy who was preparing them was working without gloves, which disgusted me a bit, that is, he was picking up the bread with his bare hands, etc. Then the taste of the product was almost disgusting. The bread, which was really "cheap," was also plasticky and almost inedible. There was very little meat and the side dish was truly, or almost, disgusting. Spending 2.60 euros to poison yourself is not worth it. In recent years, you have become expensive. You have doubled the cost of everything and worsened the quality of your products. As a result, I will no longer go to your centers!

14/12/2025: A truly positive experience. Tasty, authentic dishes, friendly, family-style service. The macaroni (or fieno) with canepina, ragù, and chestnuts for dessert make this restaurant a must-try in northern Lazio. Thanks to P. Carmine, who introduced us to Trattoria Ferri.

25/12/2025: Just returned from Christmas lunch with my daughter. The welcome was unparalleled. They greet you with a "welcome to our home." The service was impeccable, and the fried porcini mushrooms were delicious, light and flavorful. The inevitable Canepinese hay with truffles, and larded rabbit, all divinely delicate and delicious, not to mention the desserts. In short, I thank all the staff, the owners, and the very knowledgeable and kind waiter. I just found my favorite restaurant!

17/12/2025: Sunday, December 7th. The place was packed but well-organized! Excellent service! Excellent vegetarian and vegan options, just as catering should be in 2025—INCLUSIVE! Given the attention to detail and the care taken with the dishes and the use of raw materials, the price is more than fair. Recommended! ❤️

24/11/2025: I would like to express my deepest appreciation for this wine bar/restaurant in Nepi. I must admit that I'm very demanding when it comes to the quality of ingredients and flavor combinations. I can undoubtedly say that this is one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. The menu is original and strictly seasonal, the wine selection is excellent, the location is delightful, and the service is impeccable. Truly excellent.

The very welcoming and friendly staff, led by owners Alessandro and Berni, make you feel immediately at ease, and they only serve as a precursor to the local delicacies offered by Berni's simple yet refined cuisine. Generous portions will make your eyes pop, and between the fresh pasta and local sauces, there's a vast selection of prime meats masterfully prepared by Alessandro. The excellent wine list offers excellent drinks without spending a fortune, and the homemade desserts are just the finishing touch to a beautiful gastronomic experience. Come visit, you won't regret it!

01/12/2025: Excellent, 100% artisanal gelato. This, in my opinion, isn't synonymous with goodness. Alas, I've often eaten artisanal products, but with questionable results, to say the least. Well, that's not the case here. Here, you can see the passion and expertise of the people who run this gelato shop. No product is mediocre, and the treats like the hazelnut and extra virgin olive oil are truly intriguing. The lady who served us was incredibly kind and professional. Congratulations! Now I understand Gambero Rosso's inclusion among the 100 best gelato shops in Italy, and all the awards and accolades it's received. See you soon... especially since I have to return the takeaway popsicle...

28/10/2025: What can I say? I've been there two nights in a row. If you want to eat an amazing granita and an out of the ordinary ice cream, you have to stop by Lolla. A truly obsessive attention to the ingredients makes the ice cream a real experience.
