28/09/2025: We arrived before the kitchen opened, so they gave us cold dishes, salad with burrata and a platter of cold cuts, very good

27/09/2025: About a month ago, we had both breakfast and lunch there and were satisfied on both occasions. The products used are fresh and authentic, and handled with great care. Try the pici alla gricia, their original panzanella, and their robust and fragrant olive oil. The coffee is also excellent. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the place is centrally located. Definitely recommended.

15/09/2025: We opted for the tasting menu recommended by the owner, and I must say we couldn't have made a better choice. The food was excellent, and with the tasting menu, we were able to try many more dishes than we would have with the à la carte menu. The owner is very cheerful and friendly. I definitely recommend it.

09/09/2025: Fantastic restaurant! We had the 4 course tasting menu for lunch. The food was incredible. The talented chef was extremely tentative and accommodating to our preferences. Moreover, she served my partner and I different primi and secondi courses so we had the benefit of trying 4 different courses between us. She also gave us some wonderful recommendations for sightseeing in the local area, which we would have totally missed otherwise. We had a great time exploring these in the afternoon and evening. Thank you!

I tried the fig one and it was a pleasure, an exceptional balance of flavors; it had been a long time since I'd tried it. A truly wonderful experience. I promise to repeat when I can.

09/09/2025: We tasted excellent Sicilian granitas (lemon and almond) made with quality ingredients... real ingredients, not syrups or the like! The gelato was also very good. Must try!

09/09/2025: A unique experience at this restaurant in Canepina, recommended to us by several people. The hospitality and kindness, but above all, the dishes are sublime, a blast from the past. The hay with ragù is moving, delicate, and flavorful. The mushrooms are truly excellent, both the porcini mushrooms carpaccio and the grilled porcini mushrooms or stew. We'll definitely be returning to try other specialties! The icing on the cake are the absolutely fair prices!

10/08/2025: In Latera, amidst the quiet streets of a medieval village, there's a place that's become a regular stop for me. During the warmer months, there are also tables on a veranda overlooking the greenery. The cuisine always uses local, seasonal products, brought to the table with authentic and genuine flavors. The mixed antipasto is rich and varied, perfect for discovering many local specialties. The first courses are served in generous, well-seasoned portions, truly satisfying. Riccardo, the chef, manages to enhance each ingredient with creativity and respect for tradition, while Gino is the master of grilled meats, cooked to perfection. A place where you can feel at home, immersed in beauty and flavor.

27/09/2025: Without a doubt, a place where the people who work there LOVE what they do. From appetizer to dessert, I loved everything. I highly recommend the pumpkin soup as an appetizer. The first course and dessert were also excellent (the hazelnut semifreddo, which is said to be one of the best in Italy). The service was also excellent: the waiter was very friendly and helpful, and the owner was very welcoming and interesting, telling us lots of details about his cuisine. The place is small, but nine of us fit in easily. They don't have outdoor seating this season. A wonderful experience, I want to go back to try the pork belly.

12/09/2025: Highly recommended restaurant. The cuisine is absolutely top-notch in Bolsena. The service is very friendly and very professional. A four-course menu, water, and a glass of wine come to €120 for two people. But in my opinion, if you can afford it, it's worth every euro.

01/09/2025: Wonderful cuisine, with amazing and original dishes worthy of gourmet. I’m giving only 4 stars because of the desserts, which ruined the overall experience. The tiramisu had nothing to do with real tiramisu, the cheesecake was presented in an unusual way but wasn’t tasty, and the chocolate cake was bitter. The atmosphere inside is wonderful, but outside the tables were uneven and everything was wobbling. We were served by a very nice young man, but he showed no emotion or friendliness and failed to make you feel cared for.

08/10/2025: For those who love the ambiance and cuisine of trattorias with their "checkered tablecloths" (and I'm one of them!), this place is PERFECT. I'll add that the terrace is pleasant, the staff is friendly, and the food is excellent (truly!) and plentiful. What more could you ask for?

08/09/2025: We were here for lunch on Sunday, welcomed by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Delicious traditional dishes and generous portions. The option to purchase wine, olive oil, and local products is great. We bought a bottle of local olive oil, which we also tried with our meal. Everything was perfect!
