28/09/2025: We arrived before the kitchen opened, so they gave us cold dishes, salad with burrata and a platter of cold cuts, very good

27/09/2025: About a month ago, we had both breakfast and lunch there and were satisfied on both occasions. The products used are fresh and authentic, and handled with great care. Try the pici alla gricia, their original panzanella, and their robust and fragrant olive oil. The coffee is also excellent. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the place is centrally located. Definitely recommended.

12/10/2025: There's nothing to write about, you just have to sit back and wait for Riccardo (the chef) to feed you until your body begs for mercy. Typical Etruscan dishes and more, a typical medieval setting surrounded by nature! I've been there, I've been back, and I'll be back! Rating 💯

15/10/2025: It was a fantastic experience. We messed up the opening hours, but the chef, the lady boss, arrived early and served us a five-course set menu. And for the kid, a special pasta dish not on the menu. Delicious. Unforgettable. And very warm.

27/09/2025: Without a doubt, a place where the people who work there LOVE what they do. From appetizer to dessert, I loved everything. I highly recommend the pumpkin soup as an appetizer. The first course and dessert were also excellent (the hazelnut semifreddo, which is said to be one of the best in Italy). The service was also excellent: the waiter was very friendly and helpful, and the owner was very welcoming and interesting, telling us lots of details about his cuisine. The place is small, but nine of us fit in easily. They don't have outdoor seating this season. A wonderful experience, I want to go back to try the pork belly.

11/11/2025: Excellent experience: kindness, quality, and flavor! Our table of 15 was completely satisfied, and even us vegetarians/vegans enjoyed a delicious meal: bruschetta with truffle, porcini mushrooms, and potatoes (dreamy), fresh mushroom pasta, and chestnut and chickpea soup. The staff was helpful, welcoming, and generous (they gave us their precious chestnut bread), genuinely interested in satisfying everyone's preferences (even that of a 1.5-year-old). It's rare to find a place like this!

05/11/2025: A welcoming and very familiar place, a classic trattoria, the menu offers traditional grandmother's dishes.... The staff is very kind and young, giving the place that extra edge that makes you say I'll be back here, the cuisine is fabulous, tasty but not heavy, excellent desserts, definitely worth a visit, personally I hope to return as soon as possible!!!

03/11/2025: A truly unique, almost magical experience, enjoyed in the heart of a tuff cave that seems suspended in time. The menu was a constant discovery: sophisticated yet authentic dishes, where each ingredient is clearly perceived, like a symphony of local flavors presented with passion and respect. The soft egg with truffle and the tagliolini with cabbage definitely exceeded all expectations. Rarely do you taste cuisine so creative yet so deeply rooted in the land and memory. The Tellus wine, expertly served, completed a perfect sensory journey. It's just a shame the restaurant closed shortly afterward—we were lucky enough to arrive in time for an experience that will remain etched in our memory. A place that spoke to the heart and the palate.

25/10/2025: The quality and quantity of the dishes were excellent: chitarra pasta with porcini mushrooms and pici with chanterelles, sausage and chopped hazelnuts as a first course, and a pan-fried porcini mushrooms with potatoes as a second course. The flavors were all very balanced. The only downside was that we ordered two glasses of wine, which didn't even reflect the amount we sampled. Other than that, everything was very good.

01/11/2025: We had dinner at this agriturismo. The food was delicious, everything very fresh. We had the Florentine steak (which I didn't have time to photograph), which was incredibly tender and tasty. We'll definitely be back.

09/11/2025: Charging for an arancini (that's what they call it) off the menu, perhaps so the price doesn't show, 11 euros, I think is outrageous. If they had told me, or if it was listed on the menu, I wouldn't have ordered it. It can't cost the same as a first course.

02/11/2025: Discovered by chance, partly drawn by the name, it's a restaurant where the food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Plus, the wine list is very good!

Perfect combinations, blending wasn't easy, but everything turned out excellent, obviously a good value. 11/11/2025: I visited this trattoria during the chestnut festival held in San Martino al Cimino in October. We hadn't booked, and we were lucky because, despite the restaurant being full, there were still two-person tables available. A dark-haired lady who greeted us at the entrance was very kind and helpful in seating us. The cuisine is very rustic and trattoria-style, just what we were looking for. The menu is quite comprehensive, with many dishes featuring porcini mushrooms and typical local products. We ordered the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and the tagliata with potatoes and porcini mushrooms: both were very good. The restaurant is located just outside the historic walls of the town, and reservations are highly recommended.
