The menu changes frequently based on seasonality and is divided into "lake" (lake fish) and "hill" (meat and game) tastings, each around €45 for four courses. During the warmer months, there are also tables on a veranda overlooking the greenery. The cuisine always uses local, seasonal products, brought to the table with authentic and genuine flavors. The mixed antipasto is rich and varied, perfect for discovering many local specialties. The first courses are served in generous, well-seasoned portions, truly satisfying. Riccardo, the chef, manages to enhance each ingredient with creativity and respect for tradition, while Gino is the master of grilled meats, cooked to perfection. A place where you can feel at home, immersed in beauty and flavor.

02/08/2025: I visited the Da Linetta restaurant in Canepina, where I had the pleasure of tasting the true star of the show: Canepina hay. I kindly asked to taste small samples with different toppings… and every dish was a discovery: sublime flavors, executed with mastery and a love of tradition. 03/08/2025: Sabato sera ,agosto,sotto un pergolato in un angolo di una piazzetta.Non dieci ma tutte colorate le sedie per i pochi privilegiati gourmet che hanno scelto l’arte culinaria di Pietro.Le parole in certi casi sono limitate e inefficaci.Meglio far parlare le ricette,realizzarle con passione e estetica curata, declinate sempre in nuove versioni : il pesce fresco è il protagonista assoluto.Assolutamente vincente ! I was amazed by the fact that even with the place full They were very quick in the service and all the dishes served were delicious. I recommend trying it. Compliments
