02/06/2025: Prezzi elevati e qualità del cibo non adeguata rispetto ai prezzi. Ho ordinato quello che loro dicono essere il loro cavallo di battaglia ovvero le pappardelle con ragù di carne. Pasta completamente slegata rispetto al condimento. Sapore complessivo del piatto niente di che! Antipasto tre fiori di zucca ripieni di ricotta, tre di numero. 35 euro per mangiare tre fiori zucca, un piatto di pasta orrendo e una birra. Mai più!

20/08/2025: Me and my family dined here after a long trip. We arrived around 9:20 pm and made our order— however our orders were served an hour and a half late with the server/cashier being unreasonably rude to us when we wanted to make our point that they should have advised us that the kitchen isn’t working at full capacity before paying so we wouldn’t have to wait around as he even saw we have 4 kids with us (ages 4 to 11). Rather than an apology or at least some courtesy, he responded in a rude attitude which escalated things furrher. We paid 59 euro and what do we get? A half assed bucket, with chicken still raw from the inside. And replacing large chicken pieces with the same amount of small chicken wings that are also raw. It was a total waste of time and an unpleasant experience, only the guy with the apron was kind enough to explain the situation in a calm manner compared to the other guy. Won’t recommend this place.

10/08/2025: Always good value for money Be careful, a hamburger is simply a hamburger! Opt for a piadina instead.

23/04/2025: Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review for this place. My friends and I go there often for drinks, but every time we're greeted with annoyed looks and rude behavior from the staff. The bartenders are often rude, responding arrogantly or listlessly, making us feel completely uncomfortable, as if we were a nuisance rather than regulars. It's a real shame, because the place has potential, but the staff's behavior completely ruins the experience. I don't think we'll return, and it's a shame to have to avoid a place because of the rudeness of the staff.

23/05/2025: I have no words: last month I booked from Google and I relied on the time reported here. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by the place with the shutters down (I booked for a very normal dinner time) and with no one who clearly answered the phone. I leave the comments to you because as I said I am speechless...

29/03/2025: I've ordered through Glovo several times, scheduling a delivery time, but then, when I receive my order, I get a message saying it's been cancelled. Does this place still exist? Or have they decided to close down due to the poor quality of their products? I hope they reopen when they learn how to make Neapolitan pizza. 😉👎👎👎

14/04/2025: Después del partido de rugby de Irlanda, todos los bares irlandeses fueron jammers - por lo que terminó aquí para una experiencia un poco menos embestida. Ver al personal del bar servir Guinness fue doloroso, alguien realmente necesita mostrarles cómo hacerlo. Algunos de los empleados del bar sabían lo que estaban haciendo, ¡algunos ni siquiera podían servir una pinta de cerveza! ¡Y el peor personal pidió propinas! Es un bar de buen tamaño, con una buena pantalla grande para ver deporte. Y después de que los partidos terminaron, tuvieron una sesión de karaoke, que a veces fue insoportable y a veces brillante.

16/03/2025: Decidió probar este pub en Roma. Al entrar me pareció un ambiente bastante agradable. Estuvo en el bar durante 10 minutos sin reconocimiento del personal del bar que consideró más importante abastecerse de rodajas de limón y hielo en lugar de servirnos. Se fue muy decepcionado y pasó al bar Finnagins, que era mucho más amable y agradable.

10/11/2025: You can't eat a piadina while sitting at a table, with the girl in charge of the piadina area pushing a chair over my friend's head and her food. My friend wanted to get up because there was no room. Behind her was another person with a stroller, and she didn't get any response from the girl with her hasty and annoyed manner. The space was deserted at the time; I think only three tables were occupied. She could have easily waited for us to finish our food; after we got up, she would have had plenty of time to clean up; the world would have gone on anyway. Common sense and professionalism were lacking. This attitude makes me think of poorly trained staff, but it doesn't justify such actions. We must always work professionally; staff problems shouldn't burden the customers who support the company and its employees. I'm overlooking the quality of the piadina itself and the salad.

08/11/2025: Hot water at 1.4 Euros for half a litre is absurd... The price is generally high, and unjustified given that you do the work yourself, bringing and clearing the table... a shame.

07/07/2025: Vine a Italia de vacaciones. Vine a este restaurante para tener una agradable cena junto con mi familia. Pedí una pizza Margherita y para mi sorpresa su presentación fue un desastre. Tenía muy poca cantidad de mozzarella y algunos quesos normales. Su base no estaba bien cocinada como otros restaurantes Italiano . Otro miembro de la familia tomó lasaña. La porción era más pequeña de lo normal y no contenía muchos ingredientes. ¡Qué experiencia tan desastrosa! Cuando fui a pagar y mi tarjeta fue rechazada, los camareros se miraron entre sí y se quejaron (fue solo un error de PIN) ¡Éste no es un auténtico restaurante romano! Esto es una falsificación.

03/07/2025: Lindo y pequeño lugar al lado de Piazza Del Popolo. Precio medio y menú extenso. El minestrone era generoso y fresco. La pizza tiene una auténtica corteza fina y crujiente. El personal fue muy amable e hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos y cómodos.

06/10/2025: Everything was delicious, from breakfast to aperitif. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and smiling. I had a whole-wheat croissant filled with pistachio cream...it's worth a try!!!

19/09/2025: I'm giving it a 2 because it's a nice pastry shop, but 3 coffees and 3 pastries cost 10 euros, which is unbearable. A puff pastry with figs costs 2.50: the people I was with were disappointed, thinking they'd spend 8 euros at most, like when you go for breakfast in MOST of the pastry shops in Agliana (not the Circolini ones where you spend less than 6 euros), true artisan pastry shops, not the well-known industrial ones with good prices... The pastries are good, but we're in Agliana, not Florence, so there needs to be more honesty, and in Agliana there's no shortage of places where they won't wring your neck!! They've lost not one but three potential customers. PEOPLE... THERE ARE AT LEAST 15 OTHER PASTRIES 💪

26/10/2025: Unpretentious Mexican restaurant. The price isn't justified by the quality of the food. Tacos cost €7, which is too high and not even good; burritos cost €14, which is acceptable, but I wouldn't go back for them. The margarita was good, but served in a pitcher without glasses.

04/10/2025: This is a far cry from Mexican gastronomy. Without wanting to offend the owner, who is very kind by the way, the quality is not up to scratch at all. The food is flavorless, which is a big hallmark of Mexican cuisine. A complete failure!! The tortillas are made from wheat, not corn. They are not fresh. All disembodied, crumbly, and dry, and not pleasant on the palate. The quality of the meat leaves something to be desired. Even the tequila is not well measured, which is to say how disappointing it was. In short, if you want to rediscover the flavors of Mexico in Rome, look elsewhere!

03/03/2025: We sat down on "Fat Thursday" (of course, Italians don't know this custom) and left very happy.

01/03/2025: I stopped for a coffee, cappuccino, and a slice of pizza. There were two of us. I asked if we could sit there, and they pointed to some stools. Since they were uncomfortable, I asked if we could go to the dining room, and they said no problem, and we could go wherever we wanted. The space was cramped, and we were face-to-face with our neighbors. We asked for two glasses of water, which are usually provided with the coffee. A 10-minute wait. Finally, my friend tried to go to the counter and lure us to bring them to the table. The surprise came with the bill. Coffee was €2.50, cappuccino €3.50, and a slice of pizza (very good) was almost €10. It was as if at a pizzeria we would have gotten a round pizza and received better service. No one had mentioned the surcharge at the table. When I stood up and ordered a coffee, it cost €1.30. No menu was displayed, the staff were almost all foreign and colorful, perhaps intentionally placed because of their limited communication skills with Italians. My idea, eh... I don't recommend it because of the dishonesty, the customer service, and the prices. I recommend it because of the taste of the products. .... But what can I say? Tourists are their main target, customer service doesn't matter.

20/10/2025: We had to stay at the hotel because the tour company had brought us there. It was the worst, dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. The breakfast was a complete fiasco. Hygiene was nil. Everything was filthy and dirty. The rooms weren't clean. Even though new sheets were laid, there were hairs on them. It was absolutely impossible to go out onto the balcony because there was no balcony. The room door opens to the forest and there are no security measures. I request that my comment be taken seriously and that this hotel's star rating be lowered. This hotel absolutely does not deserve 4 stars.

04/10/2025: It is clean, there is a refrigerator in the room, and it works even when the card is not inserted, the breakfast is mediocre, it is far from the center, the view is very good, the air is clean.

14/11/2025: They're ripping people off. They don't list prices, and then they charge exorbitant prices for food and drinks. I don't recommend it!

03/11/2025: The oldest, dirtiest, gloomiest, and darkest pastry shop in Rome... The owners, grumpy and always talking about football, serve you as if they were doing you a personal favor! They also insist on cash payments so you never have to issue a receipt!

15/09/2025: Let me start by saying that I'm absolutely not interested in football. Being forced to listen to endless, ill-mannered and profanity-laced litanies about the league situation is, to say the least, annoying. Add to that the hygiene situation that deserves to be highlighted: a pastry that was perhaps over 48 hours old, and which I had to leave behind because it was inedible... what more can I say? "Terrible" is still not enough!
