22/08/2025: Frozen pizzas, therefore disgusting and very expensive (with a disastrous waiting time on top of that) but very pleasant staff who protect their customers from hornets and wasps, great respect to them.

23/07/2025: Whenever I'm in Rome, I always go to the ice cream shops I know and trust, but it's 12:00, it's hot, I happen to be passing by and I'm hungry. I try an ice cream cone, but the owner immediately appears not very friendly. The price is very high, so I think it's three flavors, but he tells me, in an annoyed tone, that it's two and that I should read carefully before ordering. I ask for double cream, as I usually do at Fassi, Pompi, and Dagnino, but he asks me for another 50 cents because the price of the ingredients has increased. But I say: if you plug the hole in the cone with cream, will it be less ice cream or not?! And anyway, I pay a fortune for a tiny little ice cream and he WON'T even give me a receipt! It's hot, I've bumped into myself, I'm in a hurry, my stomach hurts from hunger, the ice cream is melting, so I don't feel like arguing, but sooner or later the Finance Police will come to pay them a visit! 👍🏻

30/05/2025: I came with a group of friends for lunch after school. The food is good, fast and on average cheap. The problem is the staff: we had to split what we had taken and the cashier (unfriendly, treated us like idiots) did not want to give change to each of us, giving us 50 cents saying that we had to make do on our own. If you want to split the bill, come either with the exact amount or avoid the place. Goodbye

28/07/2025: Bungling...given that I have historically frequented the bakery since school age "but" on the order a tray of sandwiches is missing and on delivery the order was listed under another name... guilty only of having trusted, among other things no type of receipt is issued for the same so it always appears untraceable.... kindest regards LC

01/03/2025: I stopped for a coffee, cappuccino, and a slice of pizza. There were two of us. I asked if we could sit there, and they pointed to some stools. Since they were uncomfortable, I asked if we could go to the dining room, and they said no problem, and we could go wherever we wanted. The space was cramped, and we were face-to-face with our neighbors. We asked for two glasses of water, which are usually provided with the coffee. A 10-minute wait. Finally, my friend tried to go to the counter and lure us to bring them to the table. The surprise came with the bill. Coffee was €2.50, cappuccino €3.50, and a slice of pizza (very good) was almost €10. It was as if at a pizzeria we would have gotten a round pizza and received better service. No one had mentioned the surcharge at the table. When I stood up and ordered a coffee, it cost €1.30. No menu was displayed, the staff were almost all foreign and colorful, perhaps intentionally placed because of their limited communication skills with Italians. My idea, eh... I don't recommend it because of the dishonesty, the customer service, and the prices. I recommend it because of the taste of the products. .... But what can I say? Tourists are their main target, customer service doesn't matter.

21/07/2025: What can I say...just NO, absolutely NO. We had dinner with friends, and maybe we should have expected a reason why they were empty while all the other restaurants in the area were full. As far as I'm concerned, the quality of the food is truly awful; most of the items on the menu weren't there. I ordered fried foods that contained more oil than the fryer itself (if they even have a fryer), fries with cheddar and bacon, and the cheddar was definitely any other kind of cheap tube cheese used for canapés...but definitely not cheddar!!!! Now let's move on to the pizzas...I ordered a pizza with burrata, mortadella, and pistachios. You can imagine my surprise when it arrived...packaged mortadella that had obviously been opened a while ago, and instead of burrata, raw mozzarella; my wife (allergic to mushrooms) had asked for a vegetarian version without mushrooms (obviously)...are you guessing?!?! Pizza covered in mushrooms (obviously sent back), and when they brought it back, there were spicy jarred vegetables on top (and spicy is an understatement). A friend of ours had a pizza with spicy salami and couldn't sleep that night due to a stomach ache. The icing on the cake was that my 5-year-old son had skinned his knee after falling just outside the restaurant, and we asked for some disinfectant, which they brought, but it was expired three years ago. I won't say any more... perhaps the worst dinner of my life... in fact, DEFINITELY the worst.

18/07/2025: Hi! 3 friends and me went on a trip for EF tours, we are giving our honest reviews on each hotel we stay at. For the price, this hotel is not bad. The rooms are nice, but beds are not the most comfortable, it can get VERY hot, and the bathroom showers are very small and dirty. The food (breakfast) was interesting, they did have coffee machines, but the actual food was a little strange, soggy eggs and hot dog chunks. We had a balcony in our room that was a little creepy, its very easy for people outside to get in if wanted, we did hear noises on our windows twice (not sure what it was.) The hotel lobby areas are beautiful though! When asking to lower the A/C they did give us problems and turned it

11/07/2025: Absolutely avoid!!!!! - Extremely poor reception service, very rude and unprofessional staff. - No sense of service and the customer is not their priority. If you want and are thinking of booking a room at this establishment, look elsewhere and you will have a better stay in Rome.

08/07/2025: I was there on Saturday night with friends... June 28, 2025, it was forbidden to pay by debit card as requested by the organizer... you paid directly to the owner, a PR delegated 2 ladies... at a small table to take only cash from the event with live music to dance to... there were about 100-110 people... the service was very slow, the food poor... the bathrooms were dirty and unsanitary... I was not given any receipt for tax payment... I and everyone else having noticed it... with my friends... all money taken under the table... never again next time I will call the relevant person...

23/03/2025: When asked “how long to sit?” they reply to everyone with "half an hour", spoiler: 2 hours of waiting. Small place, good food but not worth the wait. Rejected.

12/07/2025: GUYS, INEDIBLE Pizza that makes you pay for pure gold, but unfortunately, the pizza is at least a day old... tough and chewy. Supplì that make you vomit. HELP HELP HELP, don't go, or you'll hurt your wallet and feel sick.

07/09/2025: An experience, both personal and for those at my table, that was unforgettable in every way. From the moment we arrived to the moment we were literally kicked out of the place. We arrived, we asked where we could sit, and no one showed us where without accompanying us, which is something that happens everywhere I've been, but we decided to overlook this seemingly pointless matter, so we had to choose ourselves. As we sat down, a waiter came over and literally threw the menus at us from behind without saying anything (a rather rude gesture). We decided to overlook this aspect as well, even though it was more significant than the first. When they came to take my partner's and my order, we felt very intimidated by what we'd chosen (because he looked at us like a couple of poor wretches). We decided to overlook this as well, because ultimately it was just our gut feeling, even if it was obvious. They brought us drinks by slamming the water on the table in an incredible way, and that was fine... the only positive note, so far, is that everything arrived promptly; they practically didn't make us wait for anything. But let's continue with the story. While we were finishing our first course, they came to ask us what we wanted for the second course, and we simply replied that we had to decide. Two minutes later, my partner went to the bathroom, and the waiter returned, asking me what I wanted for the second course. I replied, thanking him, saying that I didn't want anything else. He then asked me how I wanted to pay and immediately brought me the payment card so I could pay at the table without asking, emphasizing that all this had happened in about a minute. By the time my partner returned from the bathroom, we had to get up and leave. Truly unfriendly in every way. If you want a quick bite to eat and then leave, it's a fine place, but if you expect even a modicum of courtesy, definitely leave it alone. I don't recommend it.

16/08/2025: The huge mistake of thinking that good products are enough. The coffee is good, the breakfast is varied and high-quality, I might add, well-presented, the people at the counter are courteous and helpful, all ruined by a cashier with the usual "I'M DOING YOU A FAVOR" attitude, "good morning, good evening, or thank you" are terms out of her dictionary. Too bad, you don't see me anymore.

13/07/2025: A very nice and well-stocked bar, but the staff at the counter (specifically a brunette) is truly shocking with their rude and arrogant manner. There are so many bars out there, and the competition is fierce if you don't pay more attention to the staff. With the same offerings, you can find bars where you at least feel welcome. Not recommended.

08/08/2025: Really enjoyed our afternoon meal here. Had an amazing margarita, whilst eating the cold meats and mozarella along with the mussels and prawn mix Yum!!! Highly recommend. They were most accommodating for allergies. I need gluten free and they cook it all separately. They were all nice people too.

05/08/2025: Amazing seafood! Very fresh and meaty oysters, and huge lobster straight from the tank and cooked beautifully. One of the best meals we had in Rome. It's a bit expensive, but worth every Euro. The staff couldn't do enough for us.

09/09/2025: I had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant, after having taken a walk in the beautiful streets of Frascati, with a terrible result starting from the organization of the staff nothing to blame on them since they were inexperienced so I think the fault lies with the owner, and ending with what we ate disgusting supplì, frozen pizza and the handwritten bill and not the fiscal one to conclude it should have closed already previously, taken up by the great chef of Italian cuisine, but the mistakes are repeated in short an experience not to be repeated, a piece of advice use kindness and cordiality because an owner who looks askance at a customer is a terrible attitude ... the approach is fundamental ... I hope that words are needed to improve ... and to keep the name Frascati high and to reduce the competition best regards
