14/06/2025: The restaurant has nothing to do with the reviews or photos. It's a mediocre pizzeria. They don't serve fish, steaks, or salad. The tables and menu aren't clean. The food served was tasty, though; the salad was made to order. No olive oil or vinegar dispenser, no salt or pepper mill. Just sachets. 🫣🤷🏻‍♂️ We won't need that again tomorrow.

02/11/2025: Very welcoming atmosphere with a splendid lake view, impeccable service, kind and courteous staff, excellent food, I will definitely be back with pleasure, the restaurant also has an internal bar service.

02/11/2025: The atmosphere is stuck in the '90s! The welcome is average. Poor quality food; not even the fries were good, overcooked. The scampi cream risotto was missing the scampi and was of terrible quality, with rubbery fried food. They also forgot to bring me a glass of white wine; I had to ask twice. The only redeeming feature is the view from the outdoor veranda, but you can admire the lake without eating badly and, above all, without wasting €100.

15/11/2025: The croissants are delicious, and the coffee is good too. It's always a pleasure to start the day with a good breakfast, like the one at this café/pastry shop.

29/09/2025: I paid 7 euros for two pulpete with some mash potato. If you're not from here, make sure to ask the price first. The lady was trying to give me 4 meatballs first and then tried to add all kind of vegetables. When I paid, they told me each side was 4 euros and two meatballs 4 € Can you imagine how much they would have charged me if I let them serve the food they were suggesting? It was lunch time and it was full of Italians. Everybody know that Italians dont pay 4€ for each portion of food and the food is not even too good. Don't let them steal your money specially if you're student.

26/10/2025: If I could, I'd give it less than zero, not even one star! Dinner with friends, while eating, my chair completely shattered and I fell to the floor in front of everyone. No one in the restaurant bothered to apologize or ask if I'd hurt myself. In fact, a member of staff approached me and sarcastically added, "These chairs are all breaking." Luckily, it happened to me, and I'm young; I can't imagine if it had happened to an older person. By making this pointless, out-of-place joke, he not only showed complete disinterest in the rather serious incident, but also wanted to joke about it, as if it were nothing special. In fact... with what he said, he even made it clear that it's happened several times before. I told the waiter who served us that I wouldn't be paying for the dinner, but when it came time to get the bill, we simply received €200 instead of €218 (so -€3.60 each). No one cared about anything. I reiterated what had happened to the two gentlemen (one of them was the one who said that) when we got up to pay. I told them when we were paying, and the guy even made a stupid joke, laughing and saying things like "it could always be worse," etc. You guys are shameful! We also had to wait twenty minutes at the entrance to pay because the person handling the matter was laughing and joking, then disappearing, then reappearing... they didn't even take us into consideration at that moment, we had to chase them. We just had to leave, but luckily we're not all as rude as you. Dinner also took a crazy amount of time: 45 minutes for two platters of cured meats and two of cheeses. Think carefully before booking at this place because for them it's normal for a customer to end up on the floor while eating because "these chairs are all breaking."

29/07/2025: A historic venue, beloved by celebrities and everyday people alike. For us in Northern Rome, it's home. Alessandro is a magnificent chef, and Maurizio knows how to welcome guests like no other. I recommend it!

05/10/2025: Today at 4:00 PM the ambulance took my brother, a psychiatric patient, to the emergency room. Within 20 minutes of my arrival, no one had explained to me where he was, whether he was there or not. Wow, it's disgusting... we don't know anything. No one with that name has come here. They were pissed off anyway. I only heard from a lady who told me he had left, he had run away... now I'm still looking for my brother... besides, this is the second time he's run away from the San Camillo emergency room. A psychiatric patient doesn't just leave like that, I'm sorry.

30/03/2025: Presa la pizza da asporto, per una cena tra amici. Dalla riapertura hanno cambiato tipo di pizza, ora la fanno alla pala, ed il risultato è ottimo. Impasto leggero, condimento abbondante e saporito. Decisamente la migliore in zona (le abbiamo provate quasi tutte), nonostante non consegnino a domicilio. Buono anche il prezzo, concorrenziale.

22/10/2025: Expectations were high, but the reality wasn't. The dish was cooked as I would at home, and the quality of the ingredients was mediocre. The gruff host is a recurring character in Roman tradition, but a little attention, friendliness, and hospitality wouldn't hurt.

19/07/2025: Bar GARDEN (Kilaka was its old name), open 24 hours a day for about a year, has a large, pleasant outdoor area with plenty of tables and plenty of space for children to play—keep them under control!—or bring a dog, who can lie down and enjoy a drink in a pleasant atmosphere. At night, it's quiet because it's located directly beneath a beautiful residential building. Just be patient and bear the rudeness of some loud and foul-mouthed customers. Overall, a decent but very convenient place, especially for a summer evening in an area that's otherwise deserted at night!

12/07/2025: atmosphere is amazing, service was awesome and super helpful and kind, and the food and coffee???? amazing best I've had in the area, def check it out! would come back if we were staying here longer! paid 10.60 for 2 coffees, a donut, 2 sandwiches and some other dessert I can't remember 😂

06/11/2025: The desserts were awful, they were super stale and tasted weird. We didn’t eat them of course and the waiter never cared to ask us. We also had to remind him twice about the beer we had ordered. In general very disappointed, we paid 30€ for nothing, wouldn’t recommend it.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

06/11/2025: The food was only partially satisfactory. The pasta was very good, but the pizza tasted reheated. The toppings had hardly any flavor, and the dough wasn't crispy; in fact, it tasted slightly floury. The service was okay, and the terrace was fine. Overall, it was acceptable for the price.

30/09/2025: The toilets are too small with insufficient ventilation, it's even difficult to get in... it's a shame that a good bar neglects a very important aspect especially in this period of pandemic

14/10/2025: Nice outdoor spot for a drink with friends. Very basic beverage options with standard spirits. Good location. The place is suitable for aperitifs, dinner, and after-dinner drinks.

10/10/2025: Very disappointing. We waited ages in an empty restaurant while the waitress kept running to the kitchen, clearly not knowing the menu. My veal with asparagus came with chips instead, already cut despite my request. The carbonara was dry, with barely any sauce or meat — completely inedible, we left hungry. Total rip-off, avoid !
