I have to enormously thank Dr. Pierfrancesco Ottaviani for the courtesy that occurred this afternoon regarding a mix-up that occurred this afternoon regarding an abdominal ultrasound that my father was supposed to have. I thank you enormously for your availability and professionalism. 🙏 I am very happy that people like this still exist, especially in healthcare. Thank you.

I've been treated in the Dermatology Department since 2023, and I appreciate the professionalism and extreme courtesy of all the nurses, both men and women, from my first visit. They made me feel comfortable and safe. Thanks also to Dr. Lembo, who gave me a particularly thorough initial examination. With his timely intervention, I prevented the melanoma from progressing to serious outcomes, and the visits over the years have helped me manage my various skin problems. It's a pleasure to meet these people in a public facility (rare even in private ones)!

I wanted to thank San Camillo and especially Professor Treggiari for taking care of not only my dad, but also his family. Finding a doctor of his caliber is incredibly difficult these days, and I'd also add his compassion for his patients. My dad was treated like a king at this hospital, and the credit goes entirely to the professor and the thoracic surgery team. A huge thank you! A great man, a truly great doctor. In just a few days, he managed to overcome the anxiety that had been troubling him for some time.

On March 17, 2026, I went to the Flaiani Hospital for a gastroenterological examination for Barrett's esophagus through the National Health Service. The reception staff were kind and welcoming, the appointments were punctual, and the environment was clean and well-maintained. I was examined thoroughly, meticulously, and professionally by Dr. D'Alba, to whom I extend my heartfelt thanks.

I was admitted overnight for a premature birth performed by Dr. Pisani, who fortunately managed to preserve both my health and that of the newborn. Dr. Pisani is an angel and a true excellence at San Camillo. The entire team involved in my cesarean section were exceptional and highly trained. I would recommend him to all expectant mothers.

I recently underwent a bronchoscopy at your hospital, and this test identified the bacteria responsible for a long-standing respiratory infection I had been suffering from for about five months. After the prescribed treatment, the situation finally resolved. I would like to express my appreciation for the work done by the thoracic endoscopy unit, particularly Dr. Sandro Batzella, and the medical staff for their professionalism and the quality of care I received.

I am always disappointed by pediatric doctors. They don't even smile at children, even if you pay them. Today, during the pediatric dermatology visit, the doctor who annoyed them and her students were even worse, and they were also young..... the same goes for the pediatric allergy visit. The doctor is also unpleasant and even my 10-year-old son noticed it. Never again....
