23/05/2025: I have no words: last month I booked from Google and I relied on the time reported here. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by the place with the shutters down (I booked for a very normal dinner time) and with no one who clearly answered the phone. I leave the comments to you because as I said I am speechless...

29/03/2025: I've ordered through Glovo several times, scheduling a delivery time, but then, when I receive my order, I get a message saying it's been cancelled. Does this place still exist? Or have they decided to close down due to the poor quality of their products? I hope they reopen when they learn how to make Neapolitan pizza. 😉👎👎👎

23/08/2025: We went there with friends and family. I'll obviously ignore the price. If you sit down at one of the tables in the piazzetta in Capri, you know what you're getting into. The outdoor setting is certainly charming, the tables crammed together to maximize seating is unacceptable (given the bill you then charge). The quality of the food, especially the food, is absolutely mediocre like you'd find in a suburban bar. But you're in Capri, and for once in your life, you pretend not to see.

19/08/2025: Coffee for 7€ and lemonade for 10€…. Just to calm down a little…

16/08/2025: Ottono kitchen terrible service and poorly organized missing dishes and questioned the veracity of the forgotten dishes by the waiters after many requests. And desserts at the bottom watermelon and coffee not delivered after several requests. I will not see you again

15/08/2025: Terrible experience. We only received one of the two entrees on the Ferragosto set menu. After informing the staff, the dish never arrived, and when it came time to pay, I had to pay for the dish that wasn't brought. Furthermore, the fruit (which is on the set menu) only arrived with the top and bottom pieces of the watermelon. When it came to dessert, it was a tiny portion of sponge cake with a bit of cream on top. The coffee, which is always on the menu, wasn't brought either.

21/06/2025: First of all, the staff are crazy.. They talk too much and don't serve you because they're too chatty No one is making the coffee you ordered, and they're all just gathered together and chatting, so when you call them to order, they block your order with their hands and don't even look at you, they just pretend to wait, and they just keep talking in front of a regular customer (an old man) The other couple table that came in with me and the family table got tired of waiting and left We also stopped by the cafe to use the restroom, so we got a cup of coffee and left right away.

11/04/2025: Great Aperol Spritz with chips they add to the beverage. Very good sandwiches with focaccia, they warm them and they are really tasty. Nice, calm musics and welcoming staff. Clean toilets and neat counters.

14/02/2025: Service to say the least poor, absent and disrespectful. I ordered some dishes at 8:10 and they arrived at 9:10/9:20

17/01/2025: You can make the production as good as you want, but if the staff is rude, rude and disrespectful you will never get more than one star, there is little you can do. The person from Eastern Europe (among other things, I am too so as not to be accused of racism) who works as a cashier has terrible behaviour: neither "good morning", nor "thank you" not even a smile, rather a sour face and with it stinks under the nose. Choose carefully who works with customers

04/01/2025: we requested an order for a birthday party and we can only compliment the quality of the products. unfortunately, at the time of collection, one of the trays was not given to me and once I had received confirmation by telephone I had to rush back to collect it with the guests arriving at the house

14/08/2025: I never give 1 står for restaurant, but this place is so so unbelievable. 1st, they put the price difference in board and when you pay. 2nd, this is more like kebab restaurant in termini station. Definitely i will not go back to this place.

27/07/2025: Paying 15€ for frozen food, the whole kitchen is closed at 11pm when the place closes at 2am, frankly disgusting.

07/07/2025: Vine a Italia de vacaciones. Vine a este restaurante para tener una agradable cena junto con mi familia. Pedí una pizza Margherita y para mi sorpresa su presentación fue un desastre. Tenía muy poca cantidad de mozzarella y algunos quesos normales. Su base no estaba bien cocinada como otros restaurantes Italiano . Otro miembro de la familia tomó lasaña. La porción era más pequeña de lo normal y no contenía muchos ingredientes. ¡Qué experiencia tan desastrosa! Cuando fui a pagar y mi tarjeta fue rechazada, los camareros se miraron entre sí y se quejaron (fue solo un error de PIN) ¡Éste no es un auténtico restaurante romano! Esto es una falsificación.

03/07/2025: Lindo y pequeño lugar al lado de Piazza Del Popolo. Precio medio y menú extenso. El minestrone era generoso y fresco. La pizza tiene una auténtica corteza fina y crujiente. El personal fue muy amable e hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos y cómodos.

26/06/2025: Sat outside and watched the queues rushing from the Spanish steps to the Trevi fountain. Wonderful dinner with excellent priced wine and food. Delicious.

06/06/2025: Stopped here twice for pastries and coffee, we thought it was really good. Staff was especially friendly.

10/08/2025: was warmly welcomed here, and the service was beyond excellent. The waiter especially the Filipino gentleman with glasses — truly made my visit special. He was always smiling, very attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed without even having to ask. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his job because of how friendly, patient, and professional he was throughout my meal. His positive energy made the atmosphere feel even more inviting. Although this is primarily a sushi bar, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the pizza and cocktails were perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The place itself has a cozy and welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay longer. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back, and I highly recommend this spot not only for the food but also for the outstanding service. Staff like him make all the difference in a dining experience.

09/08/2025: We visited this restaurant/bar a few days ago and had a great time. The service was excellent, and we enjoyed a few drinks — I had a soft drink (I don’t drink alcohol for religious reasons), my 15-year-old brother also had a soft drink, and my parents had a beer and wine. We tipped well to show our appreciation. Today, we went back and sat down, but this time they refused to serve us soft drinks for drinking on the premises. They said we could only buy them for takeaway — even though they were happy to serve alcohol for on-site consumption. I explained that my brother can’t drink alcohol because he’s underage and that I don’t drink for religious reasons, but they still wouldn’t allow it. It left me feeling unwelcome and discriminated against. It’s a shame, because after our first visit we were looking forward to becoming regular customers.

11/08/2025: It was my first time at this ice cream shop, and I was truly satisfied. The ice cream was truly excellent. We'll definitely be back soon.

02/08/2025: Excellent gelato. Fresh flavors, the cream is really delicious and light, and overall, the gelato doesn't feel heavy after eating it. It's a shame about the outdoor seating, which definitely leaves a lot to be desired. Personally, I believe that, even when one might say "it's not our responsibility," it's still important to take care to ensure that people don't sit on chairs in the dirt...

20/08/2025: Me and my family dined here after a long trip. We arrived around 9:20 pm and made our order— however our orders were served an hour and a half late with the server/cashier being unreasonably rude to us when we wanted to make our point that they should have advised us that the kitchen isn’t working at full capacity before paying so we wouldn’t have to wait around as he even saw we have 4 kids with us (ages 4 to 11). Rather than an apology or at least some courtesy, he responded in a rude attitude which escalated things furrher. We paid 59 euro and what do we get? A half assed bucket, with chicken still raw from the inside. And replacing large chicken pieces with the same amount of small chicken wings that are also raw. It was a total waste of time and an unpleasant experience, only the guy with the apron was kind enough to explain the situation in a calm manner compared to the other guy. Won’t recommend this place.

09/06/2025: Really disappointing to be rejected. The restaurant only accepts Korean groups. Questionable choice. I give one star for the impossibility of trying it. I invite the managers to change their policy.
