08/11/2025: Excellent experience. The pizza was good (the onion and olive one was special) and the homemade suppli were excellent. Good value. Quiet atmosphere and ample parking.

08/11/2025: Well, I was surprised... A charming location, even better at sunset in my opinion. The welcome was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the service was quick! We had a spritz, pizza, and some vegetables, just to spend an evening with friends! The prices were very fair, and the quality was great too! We love it... and we'll be back ❤️

20/10/2025: I didn't think I'd write a review, but now... I've never eaten such good pasta dishes as at Baita, and the pizza was fantastic. I went there several times during my stay in Rome and will definitely be back. My sincere compliments. Here! Take that change! And remember: what doesn't choke, gets fat... and I'm fat.

12/10/2025: Holiday home nestled in a medieval village with a towering castle, ideal for relaxing and unwinding from the chaos of everyday life. It is 10 km from Rieti and Terminillo and just a few km from Lake Turano. Also suitable for families of 4 or 5 people.

19/07/2025: Dal momento che mi é stato comunicato che le pizze erano state ordinate in questa pizzeria mi sono promesso che se anche per la terza volta sarebbero venuti in ritardo, con le pizze fredde e malfatte, avrei lasciato una recensione in merito. Ordinato alle 18:40 e le pizze sono arrivate alle 21:40 di martedì senza eventi sportivi o eventi di qualsiasi genere. Pizze fredde come mi aspettavo e piccolissime, quasi come la metà del cartone... Solo una era uscita grande ma sono stato sfortunato. il condimento, io avevo preso una patate e salsiccia con aggiunta di salsiccia, credo che ci abbiano messo in tutto un quarto di salsiccia. A questo punto ho chiamato chiedendo chiarimenti e per la terza volta mi é stato detto "si lo so mi scusi, la prossima volta staremo più a attenti" .... Ora la mia domanda é? Se lo sai perché lo fai? Forse é modo di rispondere e visto che é la terza volta che faccio notare questa cosa, mi sento davvero preso in giro. Per fortuna che parlando con le persone di frascati molti sono d'accordo con me, spero solo per quelli che vengono da fuori, nn vengano fregati anche loro.

02/11/2025: Guys, I don't know how a place like this is even in business! I understand maybe those who invested and tried, but NO! NO NO NO! I don't think I've ever eaten so badly... I hate to write bad reviews, I usually don't, but since eating out is a sacrifice these days, you have to be respectful of those who come and spend money! You can't show up with food like that, flavorless, meaningless! Those poor kids in the dining room are probably 15 or 16 years old, thrown around like that, it's obviously not their fault! I'm sorry, but I hope you change everything as soon as possible!

02/11/2025: We went to this restaurant because it was the only one still available in the area. Our expectations, although already low, were disappointed. The restaurant seats about 40 people, making it quite small, and yet the service from the wait staff was lacking. We had to ask repeatedly for what we needed. The menu is quite varied and offers traditional dishes that encourage you to book, but the execution is very bland. Despite the dishes being reported to the wait staff as inedible, no one bothered to satisfy the customer, even understanding what the problem was. It was an experience not to be repeated because, although the prices would be fair in a normal context, in this case they were too high for the quality of the ingredients (which, to be fair, was extremely poor). After reading other reviews, I agree with many people who have negatively rated this restaurant. I hope this serves as constructive criticism to improve even the impossible.

18/05/2025: Pranzo con amici organizzato all’ultimo istante, ci danno disponibilità e andiamo! Locale gestito da giovani ragazzi preparati, ottimo cibo, tempi giusti tra antipasti e primi. I fritti buonissimi e anche la carbonara fatta bene! Da ritornare!

24/10/2025: I ordered a 50-piece sushi box, which was a real disappointment! All the items were practically the same except for 6 or 7. It's true that these are at the chef's discretion, but for €60, I think there could have been a little more attention to detail and creativity in the selection. I've never experienced such monotony. What a shame.

16/10/2025: A truly pleasant discovery. I found this pastry shop by chance! Everything I tried was simply delicious; you could taste the quality. The guy at the counter was very kind; he offered me some freshly baked pastries. What can I say? They were delicious. I'll definitely be back! 🎊
