02/06/2025: Very nice place, tastefully decorated and absolutely welcoming. I found the service not very friendly and honestly not very present. There were few people that evening, it was about 7:45 pm and 8 of us arrived for an aperitif, and the orders arrived with a lot of delay from one another and in a couple of cases they would not have arrived at all if we had not repeated them. The food is certainly good quality, but this absolutely does not justify, in my opinion, such high prices (a supplì of very normal size €6, ridiculous!). I honestly would not recommend it.

30/08/2025: After thirty minutes of waiting at the table before someone came to take our orders we were told that for a pizza we had to wait at least another 40 minutes and since yes there were other people but the place wasn't full it seemed to me to be a decidedly excessive wait, in any case given the biblical times I decided to get up and leave

24/03/2025: After a walk from Termini to the club, a bad surprise on Sunday afternoon. I came with some friends and this is what we found. There were no announcements on Google Maps nor is there a site warning of the works. The place was marked open on Maps. What a great shame.

I ordered a pizza via Too Good To Go and went to pick it up, only to be treated with rudeness and complete lack of basic service. When I politely asked if they could warm the pizza, the staff refused, claiming that if I had ordered directly from Storm, it would've been fine, but since I used Too Good To Go, I don't deserve the same treatment. This is not just disappointing, it's absurd. Cold pizza, unhelpful staff, and a condescending attitude. If you're looking to be disrespected and served unheated leftovers, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and stay away. What was even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were cold, dismissive, and clearly more interested in closing early than helping customers. It's shocking that a chain store in Rome allows such unprofessional behavior to represent their brand. If you care about your reputation, you need to train your staff properly and hire people who actually understand customer service. 06/07/2025: Fresh and tasty desserts, always friendly staff. It's one of my favorite pastry shops, I don't live in the area but every time I go there I never miss stopping by. Congratulations!

13/04/2025: Ho per caso sentito parlare di questa pizza Erica premiata e ho voluto provarla da sporto…pizza napoletana, ti deve piacere e a Roma se la contende con quella romana, ma qui, a Roma, trovare qlcsa che nn sia solo napoletano ma che rievochi la bontà della pizza di giù non è cosa scontata… La loro pizza è fantastica, gustosa, con prodotti di qualità e buona anche fredda!!! Uagliù provatela, io credo di esserne diventata dipendente!!!

02/07/2025: As always, none of the staff smiles, the ice cream is good but the ice cream makers are sad and rude. Tables ignored and never cleaned.

03/09/2025: We ate there just before the end of summer, and the value for money was terrible! It's a real shame to walk in remembering Mamma Peppina and walk out disappointed!!! Never again!

24/05/2025: Large club with 8 clay tennis courts and 3 synthetic ones, 2 swimming pools (one outdoor and one indoor) and various rooms for gymnastics, weights, spinning and dance. You cannot rent the tennis court if you are not a member.
