13/09/2025: I've been a customer for a long time and I have to say I've always had a good experience, but lately the pizza has been inedible, always arriving burnt, the sauce so acidic I had to remove it. The supplì are hard, not fresh, not to mention the chips are dry, hard, and burnt, definitely from the day before. I'm sorry, but I will never order from them again.

12/10/2025: I wonder what Alessandro Borghese found in this place, which is nothing exceptional compared to other places in the area. Average food, confusing service, a long wait, and a rude owner who, when we were late for our reservation, scolded us like schoolchildren in a confidential and arrogant manner, certainly not welcoming to customers who travel so many kilometers to get there. I can understand her handing over the reservation to others given the influx, but I don't understand being treated rudely, given that getting to the castles on a Sunday can cause a delay due to traffic. It ruined my lunch.

05/10/2025: The food is good, and I can't complain, but the waiter was truly rude. He repeatedly offered us solutions just to rip us off and make us spend more, with no regard for our needs. When we let him decide certain things, we were horribly ripped off. Obviously, the end of the story is a bad mood due to the excessive food he brought us, and the inflated bill, which he also didn't specify on the receipt. There are plenty of other options in Ariccia; I'll never return.

05/11/2025: The service was incredibly friendly and the staff also spoke fluent English. The location at the market is excellent, even if the market itself isn't. There may have been Italian vendors here at one time, but that was a long time ago.

31/10/2025: A very limited beer selection, servers who don't know anything about beer... in short, you shouldn't like beer if you come here. The music tonight was also appallingly bad. One waitress tried in vain to change it, but another kept putting his annoying and depressing playlist back on.

18/06/2025: Abbiamo semplicemente espresso su the fork la nostra esperienza su questo ristorante. Evidentemente essere sintetici non basta vista la risposta del proprietario che merita adeguata replica. Per quanto riguarda la qualità del cibo nulla a che dire, ma soffermiamoci su ciò che riteniamo migliorabile. Prenotato alle 20.30 e presentateci alle 20.40 circa con il locale all'interno semi vuoto e comunque con una prenotazione in corso di 1 ora di validità, un cameriere prima di indicarci il tavolo ci chiede da subito se volevamo dell'acqua. Ci avevano messo in un tavolo posto al buio tale da richiedere una migliore visione. Il cameriere ha così provveduto ad avvitare una lampadina posizionata su un lampadario al centro della sala, per quel che riguarda le pietanze, la carne era praticamente tiepida e il contorno di patate fredde. Dopo circa un 'ora che abbiamo atteso amici che finissero l'antipasto ci è stato detto che le nostre pietanze erano in cottura e udite sono arrivate dopo circa altri 45/50 minuti. Lo stesso cameriere informato del nostro disappunto notiziava il cuoco probabilmente proprietario il quale rammaricato chiedeva scuso per l'attesa e giustificava il fatto che la carne era fredda a causa della cottura al sangue. Ma le patate al sangue anche loro?? Tuttavia pur comprendendo tutto cio' vorrei dire è troppo facile fare leoni da tastiera quando invece mi preoccuperei di ovviare in modo garbato senza fare commenti del tutto gratuiti considerando che il tutto è avvenuto alla presenza di testimoni. Spero nell'utilità di questa recensione sia per lo staff del ristorante che per i clienti futuri.

12/10/2025: Excellent croissants and tarts. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy outdoor seating, either at the tables or at the counter, which also overlooks the street.

13/07/2025: First and last time. I'll start by saying that I've tried several pizzas in the area, some good, some not, but this bakery didn't impress me. Aside from the lack of transparency in prices, the lack of a receipt (no, they didn't give me one, that's serious) and the long wait, the bread was more or less edible, but the pizza was absolutely inedible, perhaps one of my worst experiences. Bland, thick, and undercooked (the potatoes were practically chopped raw and thrown on the pizza). High prices for the quality. Maybe I'm picky, but here we're bordering on the lowest levels. Never again.

01/11/2025: We came to serve breakfast, waited in line, and then the lady at the bar served other people who had arrived after us! Her face was insensitive as she told me she'd arranged them from left to right! I don't recommend her for service and discipline!
