My wife and I were there yesterday... wonderful experience... delicious food... from the tonnarelli with mushrooms... to the porchetta... to the mixed grill... and then moving on to the flowers stuffed with mozzarella and anchovy... the latter were amazing... in fact I recommended the owner to continue making them... we will be back... highly recommended fraschetteria 👏👏👏

There are plenty of places to eat well in Ariccia, but La Fraschetta De Sora Ines is one that makes you want to return. Rich and authentic appetizers, with bruschetta, cured meats, cheeses, and excellent porchetta, all accompanied by a good house wine. The pappardelle with ragù was the highlight: fresh pasta, flavorful sauce, and generous portions. The atmosphere is typical of a fraschetta: simple, warm, and convivial, perfect for spending a few hours in company. The staff is kind, attentive, and always available, without being intrusive. To round out the meal, coffee and amaro, the perfect finale to a traditional Roman experience. I ate very well at Sora Ines, from appetizers to first courses. The service was courteous and fast. And let's not forget the tiramisu, which was truly excellent. I'll definitely be back.

Good but I have eaten better in this place in the past

I stumbled upon it purely by chance, and I'd say it was a truly positive experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, the service was quick, and the food was excellent. The porchetta was delicious, and the pasta dishes (amatriciana and gricia with truffle) were truly noteworthy. Excellent! The prices were fair, €44 total.

If you get through the appetizers you're heroes but if you manage to finish a first course you'll be my favorite superheroes

Unfortunately the porchetta was dry.

I don't often go to "Fraschette" for lunch or dinner, but believe me, it's been a while since I've eaten so well!!! Everything was delicious, from appetizer to dessert, a welcoming atmosphere, and very friendly staff. We'll definitely be back!

A very spacious and clean fraschetta. You can eat everything Roman. It offers a wide selection of appetizers, including tripe (delicious) and beans with pork rind, assorted cured meats, porchetta, ricotta with honey, buffalo mozzarella, and many other items. Traditional Roman first courses are excellently prepared. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. We'll definitely be back. Reasonably priced.
