15/08/2025: Coming here is like being part of the family! A warm welcome, always with a smile, and impeccable service! After the divine and abundant first courses, we moved on to the second courses. A wonderful light and crispy fried fish platter made with the freshest fish is a must. De Santis is an institution, and it's earned its reputation! Bravo!

08/08/2025: Be careful! Unclear pricing, good food quality, but definitely not rotisserie-style prices. I wouldn't particularly recommend it unless you first clarify the appropriate portion sizes with the owner to avoid unpleasant surprises when it comes to the bill.

16/08/2025: I love the pasticciotto! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Served fresh. I Love it So much!! huge fan. I ordered the pasticciotto e amarena (black cherry) and cioccolato (chocolate). Both are very good!! The outside is like brioche (buttery/crispy like waffle). It isn’t like Japanese shokupan (moist/cake/soft). I also got the leccese ice coffee, no sugar added. Staff was kind and helpful. Thank you for brightening my day. You guys are awesome. You rock !! Black cherry jam is so good… It’s my favorite!!💕

15/08/2025: Horrible, I asked for a Lecce coffee which cost me 3 euros and had more ice and sugar than coffee and then they wanted to charge me more.

13/08/2025: Traditional flavors! Located on the lakeside in a picturesque village, this restaurant offers delicious dishes with a wide variety of pasta and seafood, in a family-friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

13/05/2025: Visitamos dos veces para picar por la mañana durante nuestra estancia en Testaccio. La variedad de pasteles, tramezzini y pasteles son buenos. En realidad no es una cafetería, sino más bien un bar cafetería donde te paras y comes tu bocado, pero hay unos cuantos taburetes y una mesa o dos en la acera. Para los americanos sin saber como yo, funciona así: haz tu pedido en la caja registradora y paga. Lleve su recibo al mostrador y muéstrele a uno de los empleados. Colocan tu artículo y agarran tu café (espresso) y puedes pararte a un lado y comértelo rápidamente o esperar encontrar un taburete de bar a un lado. El pago de su artículo puede ser difícil si no habla italiano - le recomiendo que sepa el nombre del artículo que está pidiendo o poder disfrutar comiendo su error que ordenó. Déjame darte una pista - maritozzo nunca es una mala idea!

29/04/2025: Pizzette strepitose, atmosfera molto bella, sembra proprio un bar di paese. Tutto meraviglioso finché non si ha la malaugurata idea di usufruire del bagno, lì passa la fantasia. Viene da chiedersi “ma se il bagno che è sotto gli occhi dei clienti viene tenuto in quelle condizioni, cosa ci sarà dove noi comuni mortali non entriamo, ossia in cucina”? Il personale non manca, non capisco come sia possibile non avere un occhio di riguardo per la pulizia. Ho lasciato loro il beneficio del dubbio, pensando fosse una giornata particolarmente impegnativa, ma anche il giorno successivo l’ho trovato sempre in pessime condizioni. Mai più.

23/07/2025: Very good food that tastes like local produce. Fresh pasta made by them. The wild boar pappardella is a triumph of flavors. The mixed grilled meats are excellent.

16/06/2025: We went for lunch ... not to be repeated. We asked for the bill, the POS did not work 10 attempts to pay, in the end we had to go to a nearby town to withdraw ... crazy stuff.

07/04/2025: Hi, has the management changed??? I have always ordered and always had a good time! Unfortunately lately NO! I ordered two pizzas for 8.20pm and they arrived at past 9.00pm, cold and the quality of the pizza was very poor!!! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I won't be back even if I'm from the area I'm sorry!!!!

30/05/2025: 31/12/2022 I spent New Year here with my ex-girlfriend, it's almost been three years. The steak was delicious, and the waiter enthusiastically explained the red wine and steak, which was great. I will go there again when I go to Italy.

25/08/2025: Personally, I had a great time. The staff was friendly, the pizzas arrived quickly, and they were delicious. My favorite is the white base with mozzarella, salmon, and a little arugula. I rarely see it on pizzeria menus, but not only is it on their menu, it's one of the best I've ever had. I also found the dough very light and easy to digest. I'll be back if I get a chance.

27/07/2025: Good pizzeria with easy-to-digest dough and an excellent variety of pizzas. The fried foods are good, but the beer selection is limited. The girl at the cash register is very friendly, and the delivery service is also good. They now also offer outside dining at convenient tables.

07/08/2025: Good pizza, we only get it for takeout, especially since the restaurant is practically non-existent. They have many convenient menus (e.g., 2 or 3-course meals). They also have lactose-free mozzarella.

02/07/2025: IF YOU WANT TO STAY HEALTHY AVOID THIS PIZZERIA. I ORDERED A PIZZA AT 6 PM, ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FOR 8 PM. (I WOULD LIKE TO NOTE THAT I HAVE BEEN ORDERING WITH DELIVEROO FOR YEARS AND I HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT!) AT 8 PM I noticed on the app that the rider was in the pizzeria “ARRIVAL” ORDER READY AND WAS NOT LEAVING. I CALL DELIVEROO ASSISTANCE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE RIDER WAS WAITING TO COLLECT THE PIZZA AND THAT THE MANAGER HAD CLICKED READY SO AS NOT TO PAY TIME FINES! AFTER ABOUT 20 MINUTES THE RIDER WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO COLLECT THE DELIVERY CANCELED THE ORDER AND ASSIGNED ANOTHER RIDER. THE RIDER ARRIVES AT THE PLACE ANOTHER 15 MINUTES PASS AND THIS RIDER ALSO CANCELS THE DELIVERY. MORAL OF THE STORY!? AT 9:30 PM ALMOST FINALLY A RIDER COLLECTS THE PIZZAS AND FINDS THEM READY! EXACTLY 5 MINUTES HE DELIVERS THEM TO ME. Exactly 10 minutes later THEY ENDED UP IN THE BIN. BURNED PIZZAS AND THE MOZZARELLA ON THE PIZZAS AND SUPPLÌ TASTED OF ACID. AND I HAD DYSENTERY FOR TWO DAYS. FORTUNATELY DELIVEROO UNDERSTANDS THE SITUATION AND REFUNDED ME THE FULL AMOUNT. IF YOU DON'T HAVE STAFF AND YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO MANAGE A BUSINESS LIKE A PIZZERIA I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO LOWER THE SHUTTERS AND DEDICATE YOURSELF TO SOMETHING ELSE, MAYBE GARDENING! SO I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE THIS PIZZERIA. THEY ATTRIBUTE THE DELAYS TO THE RIDERS WHO ARE NOT TO FAULT AND WHO DO THEY ATTRIBUTE THE POOR PRODUCTS TO!? ————————————————- THIS BELOW WOULD BE THE RESPONSE OF THE DEAR OWNER! INSTEAD OF ASKING ME HOW I FELT AFTER I FELT SICK WITH HER PIZZA (THE DELAYS ETC WOULD HAVE FADED INTO THE SECOND PLACE) INSTEAD ONCE AGAIN SHE SHOWED AS YOU CAN READ WELL FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS! HER ARROGANCE AND ARROGANCE! FIRST POINT SHE CAN'T TELL ME THAT I DIDN'T CALL EVEN BECAUSE I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO FIND OUT HOW MY PIZZAS WERE AND SECOND POINT I DIDN'T CALL HER TO TELL HER THAT THE MOZZARELLA WAS SOUR? AND SHE ALSO TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE THAT THE DELAYS WERE DUE TO THE RIDERS AND AS SHE SHOWN IN HER RESPONSE SHE ACCUSES THE PLATFORMS OF HER MISTAKES! IF HE IS NOT OKAY WITH IT, HE SHOULD HIRE HIS OWN DELIVERY MEN! THE RIDER PICKED UP THE PIZZA AND ARRIVED AT ME IN 5 MINUTES HOW COULD THE MOZZARELLA BE SOUR IN 5 MINUTES? I REPEAT, HE SHOULD FIND ANOTHER TASK IF FLOUR IS NOT HIS STRONG POINT! OK, AT THIS POINT, HIS ARROGANCE IS A STANCE! I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT TO THE NAS, SO IN THAT KIND OF STABLE WE SEE IF EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER, STARTING FROM THE PARKING SPACES OUT THERE THAT HE MAKES HIS PROPERTY WITH ILLEGAL SIGNS AS I HAVE READ IN OTHER REVIEWS.
