31/07/2025: I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I approached this Honda dealership, interested in a specific model, attempting to book online first—an impossible task—and then visiting in person several times to book a test drive for the Xadv 750, with great interest in purchasing the vehicle. However, I was deeply disappointed by the superficial and rude attitude of the staff. I encountered a complete lack of empathy and customer service: no warm welcome, hasty and unhelpful responses, as if my presence were more of an inconvenience than an opportunity. It's a shame, because I expected service worthy of the Honda brand. I hope that in the future, more attention will be paid to the human aspect of sales, which is as crucial as product quality.

15/03/2025: Sono stata invitata in questo ristorante per festeggiare un compleanno in famiglia. E' a pochi metri dall'ingresso di Villa Adriana. Il cameriere Claudio merita una menzione particolare per la sua simpatia e la sua professionalità. Il pranzo è stato molto buono: gli antipasti sono vari e ben preparati, come anche i primi. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, tant'è che non ho assaggiato il secondo. Tornerò sicuramente d'estate per cenare all'aperto in un contesto verde, suggestivo e curato

The price may seem high compared to other pastry shops, but in this case the raw materials are of quality and quality is paid for. The blonde girl at the cash register was very kind.

24/08/2025: We had the absolute pleasure of dining here during our trip to Texas, and I can confidently say it was the best Bangladeshi food we’ve had outside of Dhaka or Jackson Heights. Every dish was authentic, full of rich flavors, and brought back memories of home. What made the experience truly stand out, however, was the service. Nur, who took care of our family, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was attentive without being overbearing, ensured that everything came out on time, and paid close attention to every little detail so we could just relax and enjoy the meal. It’s rare to find that level of hospitality, and it made our visit even more special. If you’re craving genuine Bangladeshi cuisine and want to be taken care of like family, this is the place. We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we’re in town!

02/08/2025: When you get a glimpse of this restaurant it looks like any other local Indian restaurant on the streets of Rome but there are many faults that ruin the vibe. Firstable this is not a Indian cuisine it’s more of a bangledshi cuisine falsely advertised as an Indian one possibly because Indian cuisine is more popular, not a major setback but cuts out on authenticity and shows a less of a standard. Next up the food the main reason why you would head to a restaurant: The chicken curries were good in flavour, slightly on the oily side but everything else was absolutely even more horrendous and mediocre. The tandoori chicken looked deep fried (it was really greasy) than cooked in a tandoor, it tasted decent but again with the authenticity. The naan's didn’t look fresh and suspiciously looked like store brought and heated instead of made fresh, they also were the worst tasting naan I ever have had in a restaurant. The biryani was the worst of all, no flavour no aroma and just bland chicken and rice. I am really disappointed. Biryanis are usually supposed to have this unique flavour but this one again one of the worst biryanis I have ever tasted. And whoever made the chai and mango lassi clearly hasn’t had a chai or mango lassi in their life, overpriced for what you get in terms of quantity and quality and the chai tasted like it was made in boiled water and powdered milk, absolutely disgusting. To all tourists out there save your appetite and euros and I would highly not going here even if your starving.

12/08/2025: A classic IKEA store. It's located inside a large shopping center, so it's very crowded on weekends. Naturally, the quality of the products and services is always high.

26/04/2025: This review refers to the new management. Place recommended by a friend who evidently didn't know about it. Unfortunately it was a bad experience, especially considering that it is under new management. I should have photographed my plate of gricia which left me speechless: very small and ridiculous portion. The lemon scallops were inedible for me and it hasn't happened for a long time that I haven't been able to eat something. Grilled vegetables without texture. And then the baked potatoes, which were evidently finished: few arrive and to compensate they had filled the void with french fries, without giving an explanation, without an excuse which would have at least been a sign of good will. Undrinkable coffee. Dry bread. But the worst thing of all was seeing a mother, I presume the owner and to whom the new restaurant "Rea Silvia" was dedicated, this is the new name of the restaurant, mistreated by her son who called her rudely between the tables and among the customers, perhaps thinking he was better than her. Of all things this was the worst and saddest. Understanding for the lady who is the only thing I save in part of this place because she was kind. Yet she also gets the bill wrong, and not just with us (other customers have objected), we only discovered the cost of the dishes at the end because there was no menu and, the icing on the cake, you could only pay in cash and this is truly unacceptable. 27 euros for not eating anything. 12 euros for a grill that was non-existent. I hope that these criticisms will help you improve since you are just starting out because you cannot treat customers like this and expect to be paid, and even a lot.

08/09/2025: Mediocre service and overpriced products considering we're right on the ring road! The place isn't very well-maintained and the bathrooms are so-so... could be greatly improved!

17/08/2025: You decide. 10 minutes to get a simple coffee without even having to wait in line at the register or at the counter. This is after the usual overselling options of "Arabica blend" and "small bottle" and "cornetto" and "juice" (the coffee, by the way, was disgusting). 4 minutes to have someone at the register to collect the payment. Another 6 minutes waiting at the counter. The 5 people who were already working there at 10 this morning were busy sorting cigarettes and preparing food and sandwiches or similar. Oblivious to the few customers at the counter. No comment

23/07/2025: Friendly staff and very delicious fresh in house bakery and you can find a variety of bakery products and also fresh mosrella olive and staff. At the corner of the shop you can find small groceries and household products for reasonable price. Very pleasant lady at the counter! Highly recommend!

15/06/2025: Attracted by the reviews we arrived at this place. Sterile place, cold and without a minimum of music or family atmosphere. It seemed to be even annoying. A waiter who for goodness sake, may be young and polite but repeated the menu variations in a rambling manner without emphasis or explanations, which I asked several times to understand but he started again with the litany learned by heart. We order a cutting board for 29.90 which is worth it (good quality) but without any explanation. Be careful: they ask you if you want focaccia to accompany and you think "well of course, with what do I eat cured meats, we are in Italy.." and instead not only are there 5 6 pieces but they cost €4 per mini basket and the bill increases. Ask for information to order more but the usual unappetizing litany arrives. In summary: a cutting board, 2 sparkling waters, 2 coffees and two "focaccias" €45. When I asked what I had paid the owner replied all annoyed. Absurd. Highly discouraged because it is Ariccia, famous for its conviviality and hospitality.
