24/08/2025: I often go there with my family and I have a great time.

19/08/2025: Staff walk around the restaurant with cigarettes in their mouths, among other things, just because they can smoke next to the restaurant. It's a disgusting scene! The staff doesn't seem motivated, and several employees were sleeping on one of the restaurant's benches or swiping on their phones. No peanuts were offered. The food was delicious, though! The manager of this branch has a serious staffing problem.

27/07/2025: For those who appreciate Neapolitan pizza, it is one of the best pizzerias in Anzio. The variety of pizzas is good, and it is convenient that (if you have guests or family members with heterogeneous tastes) you can order the low-dough pizza or (for a small supplement) the Neapolitan-style deep-dough pizza. Whatever the choice, the pizza will be excellent!

17/02/2025: Excellent traditional Roman cuisine, very friendly staff, and reasonable prices. What can I say about the owner? Dario is kind and helpful, and manages to create a family atmosphere with his customers. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through Civitavecchia!

04/09/2025: If you want to hang out with friends and have fun playing board games, this is the perfect place. A true "nerd" pub with all sorts of games, where you can also grab a snack. The concept itself is nice, but the food wasn't anything special, especially the chicken nuggets, which were rubbery and tasteless.

05/09/2025: We had a very high recommendation for this restaurant off the beaten path near consular offices and embassies. It took us forever to find it and we had high expectations. When we arrived, the lone waitress was sitting at one of the tables looking bored. she gave us menues and then just hovered as though we should have known immediately what we wanted. We were the only patrons there at 7:30 pm. When we had questions, she could not answer. The first two things we tried to order, they were out of and she was not recommending the third! Even the manager came out and said, "don't order that." We finally settled on our meal and wine order. The manager very kindly sent out a complimentary meat and cheese plate. We were appreciative. But, it was very awkward as we were the only people there until almost 9, when we were getting ready to leave. The wifi was down. Even then, there were only two tables with people. The food was ok but not memorable. Perhaps it is the location, so far from the action. On a weekday evening, they likely don't get diners from the after work crowd, who were having apperitivo at Tartare, a lively yet sophisticated bar just two bocks away. We were disappointed and won't be recommending this place. But we wish them well and hope that they can turn things around.

18/08/2025: Poor-quality, tasteless, and hard-to-digest food. Rushed service, both in bringing and removing dishes. The setting has great potential, but the architectural and decorative quality is poor.

26/05/2025: I paid 30 euros for two pizzas, two suppli and two truffles for dessert. The pizzas were supposed to be with buffalo mozzarella but the mozzarella didn't seem like buffalo mozzarella, and paying 6 euros for a 75g truffle seems like a steal to me!! For me it's a fail!! 👎

23/08/2025: We don't recommend it. The food was mediocre, and the service was overcharged by 17% (in our case, it was 150 PLN). Our waiter demanded an extra tip from a larger group of five people... and didn't give us change. I highly recommend avoiding it.

13/07/2025: We went there after visiting the Vatican. They scammed us out of a €5 tip, saying it had to be paid in cash. The food was average. The bathrooms were very dirty for what they charge per plate.

22/08/2025: We are staying just above this restaurant and popped in for a bite to eat and some drinks. Pizza was absolutely amazing and super friendly service. Will definitely be back during our trip to Roma

12/08/2025: One of the few authentic places left in Rome. This place is one of the best places for a meal. Delicious, homemade, and traditional cuisine, just like it's always been here. For anyone who wants to try real pasta, this is the place. The secret to the best experience: ask the waiters. Barbara served me again, and as always, they prepared the best.
