Business dinner, always a super pleasant atmosphere in a stunning location, with attentive service. The appetizer was good, but the first course was a bit disappointing.

Pizzeria restaurant, charming and romantic at the same time. Enchanting location on the waterfalls and breathtaking view of the Temple of the Sibyl. We only tried the Puzza, which was very good, but the menu is rich and varied, with meat and fish options. The atmosphere is touristy but modest, and the restaurant has both an indoor and outdoor dining area. The staff is friendly and fast. We will definitely return, but it's worth booking as it gets very crowded.

Beautiful restaurant overlooking the Tivoli waterfalls, or rather the Villa Gregoriana and the Sibilla.
Everything was very good... Tasty, high-quality dishes. Unfortunately, I found two negative things. The first was that at 1:45 PM they had already run out of one pasta dish, namely the fusilli (on a seafood menu with three first course choices), thus reducing the choice to only two first courses. The other was the online menu/QR code was not updated and therefore unreliable (if you book, ask if it matches). 😅 I had read about maltagliati alla ricciola, but I didn't find it, and I was very disappointed!!!

A timeless restaurant. Unique in its view of the waterfalls and the Temple of Sibyl. In my opinion, the most beautiful in Tivoli. It has both indoor and outdoor seating for warmer weather. The atmosphere is suitable for everyone, and the menu is extensive, including meat, fish, and pizza. Over the years I've been frequenting it, I've eaten everything and never found a dish that wasn't excellent. I recommend the fish pan, the scampi cream risotto, and the tiramisu, but I repeat, the entire menu is worthy of this stunning venue. It has a multi-story parking lot nearby, so it's very convenient to get there. The waiters are always friendly, and the service is excellent. The wine cellar is also top-notch. I highly recommend it.

The location is truly beautiful, the food is so good that I have to compliment the kitchen, but the wait staff is absolutely ZERO. I understand any kind of inconvenience at work, as I personally work with customers, and I'm the first to say that the customer is NOT always right. But it was 11 PM, and after ordering everything in advance to give the kitchen an advantage, the wait staff continually made indirect jokes (which makes everything even more sleazy and rude), cursing and giving us dirty looks, implying we had to leave, quickly clearing our plates. We spent almost €600. I've been wanting to go here for a long time, but I really will NOT be returning, much less recommending it.
