I can show you the bin near the shop where I threw the arancini. I would have gladly had you exchange it, but then, after the lady said, "Oh, okay, it's cacio e pepe," she said the other one wasn't carbonara but nduja without even checking it. Obviously because she didn't like it. I understand it was closing time, but I also work in a restaurant business. I always make myself available to customers, especially if I make a mistake. Learn to accept criticism; from what I see in every negative review, people say it's "impossible." And it also happens that things can turn sour after sitting out on the counter all day in the heat. Especially if they're made of cheese! Best regards.

04/09/2025: I came here with a tour group to eat. It's a very Chinese restaurant with Chinese taste. The environment is clean and bright. It's very comfortable to eat here. If you have time, you can also look for instant noodles or souvenirs.

The spring rolls were bitter, and the fried futomaki had an unpleasant, almost plastic/petrol-like aftertaste. The ravioli were good. Today, for the umpteenth time, I'm leaving this review, especially because of the rudeness of the owner, who preferred to be aggressive over the phone rather than admit his mistake. Dear Massimo, in response to your comments, I want to clarify that every job requires study, dedication, passion, commitment, method, strategy, and problem-solving skills. I respect every type of work! It doesn't matter what job I do (and besides, it's my gift, and I'm happy to teach every day), but the approach you have towards other people is important. The honesty to admit if you've made a mistake in judgment and perhaps propose solutions, not disrespecting the customer by addressing them aggressively after a 40-minute wait because you lack the intellectual honesty to question yourself. This is unacceptable and therefore unprofessional in any line of work. Reflect on your work and good luck.

07/10/2025: Avoid. Unwelcoming and rushed servers. Tasteless ricotta ravioli, which arrived almost cold. Saltimboca alle Romano: a tasteless slice of leather. Polpetta al sugo is tasteless. Tasteless sepia ragout and undercooked pasta (and I'm of Italian descent). To top it all off, the coperto wasn't listed on the menu.

02/10/2025: Two of us had stomach aches an hour later, and more. A glimpse into the kitchen and bathroom suggests that it's not particularly clean. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great either. The place has great potential.

03/08/2025: The Passi bakery is a historic place in the Testaccio neighborhood. The bread is made with excellent ingredients, just like in the old days. You can also buy excellent ready-made meals.
