28/08/2025: My partner and I went to this butcher shop two nights ago to stock up on meat, and I waited to write my review because we wanted to try all the meats we bought first: chicken, heifer meatballs, picanha, Angus, pork loin, sausages, and even the dried liver sausages. Well, what can I say... I've never eaten such good meat in the area, speaking of butchers... What struck us most was the quality: during cooking, the meat didn't shrink as often happens; in fact, it actually seemed juicier and more fragrant. For some cuts, we even forgot to add salt or seasoning, the natural flavor of the meat was so good and flavorful. The quality-price ratio is, in my opinion, excellent. Furthermore, the owner is a wonderful person: extremely kind, clear in his explanations, and extremely helpful. He cut our meat with great care; for example, he cut and deboned the chicken into perfect pieces (breast, wings, thighs, etc.). From now on, this will definitely be our go-to butcher. Highly recommended!

26/10/2025: We got married at this dream venue on October 1st. We and all our guests were truly impressed by the staff's organization and attention to detail, as well as the quality of the food. We were quite demanding, and the venue always accommodated our every need, never making us feel burdened. So, I'd like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Sarah, Agnese, and Ilaria, who supported us every step of the way. What struck me most and made me feel truly pampered was finding non-alcoholic Prosecco at lunch, which allowed me to toast with the guests without pretending to drink. (I had informed the venue a few days before the wedding date that I had recently discovered I was pregnant, so I simply asked for a non-alcoholic red aperitif for the welcome toast, as close as possible to the color of my husband's Spritz, since none of the guests yet knew I was pregnant. For the rest of the meal, I had planned to only drink water.) The maître d', Gianpiero, very discreetly approached our table and shared this small detail with me. I was truly touched! He was there for us throughout the entire service, understanding and even anticipating our various needs. Finally, we thank the pastry chef for making our little wish come true: a giant, single-tier tiramisu wedding cake. What can I say... A perfect day! We can't wait to return for other occasions. Thanks again for everything.

19/10/2025: Superlative experience at Nuova Pergoletta! I dined at this restaurant and was truly impressed by the quality of the dishes and the attention to every detail. The tagliolini allo scoglio were simply spectacular: authentic flavors, quality ingredients, and perfectly cooked. The dessert, a berry panna cotta, was also a delight—creamy, balanced, and beautiful to look at. Sincere compliments to the Chef, who truly knows how to elevate Italian cuisine, and to all the staff, always kind, smiling, and attentive. A place where you can truly enjoy superb food—absolutely recommended! 👏🍝🍰

18/10/2025: Poke bowl is very expensive for the size of the bowl, the fish is definitely not fresh (strong smell and unpleasant appearance) and the staff is not courteous, you can feel the attachment to money.

23/07/2025: The delivery driver never delivered my order, which I'd waited over an hour and a half for. On the phone, he told me he'd given it to a girl in front of me; I didn't even know who she was. The restaurant and delivery driver are unreliable. They don't even offer refunds. I hope they use my €20 lunch fee for medicine.

09/11/2025: What a fantastic service! I’m absolutely in love with the food. I opted for the carbonara pasta and Pino nero wine. As an appetizer, they served a homemade bread that was incredibly fluffy and crunchy, accompanied by their own olive oil.

14/11/2025: I went in hoping to find the right place for breakfast, but I left without ordering anything because I don't like simple, minimalist places with restaurant prices. (See photo of the menu.) P.S. I'm responding to the owner's comment that he doesn't accept reviews below 3 stars.... "I won't allow you to suggest that my reviews are fake." By breakfast, I meant brunch, but that doesn't change anything. I posted the price list, and others will judge, and then the photos of your place say the rest. I consider myself a polite and honest person, but from your responses to other customers' negative comments, I was sure I would receive a response, but never one so "rude." All the more reason not to go to your place in the future. I've been a Google guide for years, and all my comments should make you understand that I'm very rarely at home. I owed you that much.

02/11/2025: We were thirsty after a walk and stopped at the bistro. We ordered an espresso, a hot chocolate, and two waters. The staff and other guests were very friendly. The hot chocolate was probably the best in all of Rome and gave me a real energy boost with just a few calories! 🤣 Thanks for this truly wonderful break.

14/08/2025: LE TRE FARINE PIZZERIA: EXCELLENT ROMAN PIZZA, CRISP AND SUPER-STUFFED. I ORDER AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK AT LEAST THREE PIZZAS, AND THE SUPPLI ARE DELICIOUS. HOME DELIVERY IS ALWAYS FAST. THE OWNER IS YOUNG, BUT YOU CAN SEE A TRUE PASSION FOR PIZZA. WORTH A TRY.

18/10/2025: Food was nice. Service was poor. Ordered 2 dishes, bread and water. Dishes came separately (5 minutes apart) bread came after dishes were served with no oil or balsamic. We did not receive water but were charged. Food took around 20 minutes to arrive. Location is right next to opera house. Place was not overly busy so this is not an excuse for slow service.

17/10/2025: This is a gem. Great location ( we sat inside) & great service! We were there twice and were not disappointed. Our food and wine suggestions were both perfect. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a great evening ❤️

04/09/2025: There's very little choice of bread to make your sandwich with, all the ones available are dry and hard. If you sell bread, at least do it. It's flour, not caviar.
