Maestro Bristrot, has an excellent customer service, Ana Maria and Bianca such amazing and cheerful people part of the team, such nice attention and kindness. Food was awesome, so tasty and fresh, I’ll definitely recommend this place, and if I come back again to Rome, I’ll definitely come back to my fave spot, Maestro Bistrot.

A very warm welcome from Bianca, who speaks excellent French, and excellent service from Annamaria, who switches seamlessly between English and Italian. Very affordable prices on a rather quiet terrace. They take great care of you. They specialize in pasta; I highly recommend them!

Me and my friend came here to dine last night, we had Bea as our server and I must say we received some of the best service we have ever had in our lives! She really made our night, she was very knowledgeable about the menu and all the wines available and helped us choose something suitable for us both. Food was exceptional and wine was delicious, but if we could give a 6th star on service we would. Thank you again Bea !!

On our first day we arrived and found this place thanks to Bianca, who speaks our language, and the service has been wonderful. I recommend it to anyone who comes to Rome.

They are so nice and caring they remember people and serve is amazing. My favourite place in italy is this restaurant and the drinks are amazing i recommend the strawberry daiquiri had 4 already today the best drink there is on here and such a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to everyone here especially this one girl who wears glasses with brown hair she is wonderful and has made my whole experience in Rome genuinely the sweetest soul ive ever met.

This restaurant was recommended by my brother and im so glad I went and experienced it myself. Bianca was an absolute gem!! She really got to know my taste and recommended the best options for me. Fatima was super nice a pilote. She kept checking up on me to see if i needed anything else. Overall great experience.

30/05/2026: Locanda Balanzone offers fast and very friendly service. There's no choice on the menu because they obviously specialize in tigelle, which they also offer gluten-free upon request. Their attentive service is greatly appreciated. It's a shame about the basic quality of the cured meats and cheeses. In a place like this, where they're supposed to offer refined and unique products, the ones you find are actually very ordinary. This is the only flaw, and I hope they can address it with better products.
24/05/2026: A truly warm welcome, a modern, clean, and tidy place with tables spaced far enough apart. Excellent service, kindness, courtesy, and expertise. The food and wine are definitely worth trying.

14/07/2026: The staff is very kind and welcoming. Our dog lost his tag and they called us to return it. The food is authentic and well-prepared, offering both lighter dishes (like the tender grilled CBT chicken) and more elaborate options. They serve both fish and meat, and the Roman-style pizza is delicious. The restaurant is welcoming, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The prices are in line with the type of restaurant. We'll definitely be back :)
