21/09/2025: I had a brioche with 80% chocolate, fig, and almond, and I had a hard time recognizing the flavors. If it weren't for the colors... it seemed (with the slight exception of the chocolate) to be a single flavor. The chocolate was also watery. The brioche tasted like a commercial croissant. And the quantities were meager. "Unit-sized" balls should be banned. Welcome could be improved. I don't like being overly sweet, but not even a hint of a polite smile from customers is a terrible thing. She practically did us a favor!

18/09/2025: A true icecream! Many flavours (also vegan), all so authentic! Not one of the many inflated icecream that are all over Rome for uninformed tourists! Finally an icecream made of natural ingredients and served from the traditional little wells (garantee of hygiene and freshness). Unmissable!

16/10/2025: Conosco il posto da quando ha aperto. Inizialmente ci andavo quasi tutti i giorni,ma con il tempo ho notate tantissime cose che nn andavano e nn ho piu' consumato da loro. Ci sono tornata pochissimo tempo fa ed e' cambiato solo l'arredamento la qualita' dei prodotti sono rimasti invariati.La pizza bianca ed il pane buoni appena sfornati, ma gia' dopo qualche ora le caratteristiche organolettiche svaniscono e la consistenza dei prodotti sembra gommosa. I prezzi sempre troppo alti. Il reparto dolci abbastanza fornito. Il locale e' molto carino. Ogni tanto ci torno x nn offendere coloro che mi invitano, ma il servizio a tavola e' tra i peggiori che mi sia mai capitato. Il personale mi rincresce dirlo, la professionalita' nn sa neppure cos'e'. Il proprietario puo'verificare che mi riferisco alla mattina del 28c.m. dal momento che le osservazioni al disservizio sono state effettuate da piu' persone e fatte notare prontamente ai suoi collaboratori.

08/08/2025: A wonderful experience having lunch here. I was able to enjoy delicious pasta outside, while taking in the tranquility of a beautiful neighborhood like San Lorenzo. Excellent service and prices.

04/08/2025: A vintage restaurant tucked away in the heart of San Lorenzo. Excellent value. The staff is friendly and courteous. Highly recommended: the house specialty, a mix of vegetables, sausage, and wood-fired cheese... simple and delicious!

05/10/2025: A disappointing dinner in every way. The pasta dishes include half a kilo of pasta per portion! A ridiculous and meaningless amount, which has nothing to do with the quality. The carbonara was bland and the pasta overcooked. The meat? Even worse!!! Rubbery strips with an unspeakable flavor. We sent them back, but they were still included on the bill. At the cash register, after we voiced our complaints, the owner reacted surreally: he picked up a piece of raw meat, handled it with his bare hands, and passed it around, claiming it was high-quality. The same piece then ended up with the waiter, who, without gloves, acknowledged him and went back to serving the tables, touching plates and cutlery.

29/06/2025: In Ladispoli there are fast food restaurants, in Ladispoli you will find a lot of junk food, in Ladispoli you will find many places to eat, most of which do not deserve a second visit. Then there is Red and Black. Which with well thought out combinations, with passion, with precision and with raw materials of absolute quality makes pinsa, hamburgers, sandwiches and anything else that will leave you speechless. A menu that satisfies any need and a professionalism that is almost impossible to find in these parts. Go there, do yourself this favor or order from their website if you live in those parts. The place stays open until late at night, another choice that will pay off in the medium term. The prices are perfectly consistent with the quality of the raw materials and we know that quality has to be paid for. But compared to the mediocrity that is found around, Red and Black is a rare bird in a suffocating gastronomic panorama like that of Ladispoli. Well done, really well done! Don't give up!

14/10/2025: Good morning, today I returned with my partner from Vincenzo, the local Molise place where I often went as a child. I ate a special first course with guanciale and courgette flowers and the rest of the lunch was also excellent. Congratulations to the guy who made me the first course. You can feel that he cooks with love. You will definitely go far. Congratulations to everyone. We had a good time and it was a nice memory. Thinking back to my past. Bye Vincenzo, great!

28/10/2025: I read the reviews and decided to try it! Everything was super good! Mini pizzas, fried foods, desserts! Then I decided to organize my son's party by ordering a mix of mini pizzas, a donut, and a chocolate salami! Everything was really excellent, with truly superb flavor and quality ingredients! The mini pizzas are addictive 😊 thank you so much!

04/09/2025: Unfortunately, the business's personal circumstances have caused some management difficulties, but the staff is always sweet, like the name of the business. And the products are beyond question! A guarantee!

18/10/2025: The area is nice, we went for Dinner, with so many tables busy and only 2 ladies serving that was a bit too much wait and delay on the orders, even the food was served cold, some orders made it to the tables while the others took a while

17/10/2025: Great location and beautiful setting. The service is good and attentive. Everything is nicely decorated and clean. The pizza is a complete disappointment. We ordered two pizzas. In our opinion, they weren't pizzas, but tarte flambées. Extremely thin, hard dough and base. Like a tarte flambée. For €14 per pizza, that's outrageous.

24/10/2025: It's a place to pick up something and continue your journey. The milkshakes were delicious. The croissant was also delicious. The waitress was friendly and very quick.

15/10/2025: A truly poorly managed bar! A man behind the counter yelled at the waitress the entire time, in harsh and ignorant tones. Zero customer service, rudeness, and arrogance... I had a terrible experience, never again!
