26/09/2025: I wanted to try out the weights room and was asked to renew my annual membership. I specified that I only wanted to try out the weights room, but was told that the registration process had to be completed first. I insisted that I'd like to see the weights room since I'd been a client of another facility the previous year, actually two years, but had never been there. I was told it was too late (it was 6:30 PM). I still didn't understand. The answer: "Okay, go get in." My experience at Fusolab ends with this sentence. It's a shame because they have good instructors, but I've seen a secretary who treats clients this way on more than one occasion, and I think it's a shame, because putting up with all this (very nice, by the way) and then letting these things slide seems counterproductive, to say the least.

20/09/2025: Unfortunately, our experience with Fusolab was disappointing. The organization leaves much to be desired: unclear communication and constant schedule changes only create confusion. We've even received a message the same morning indicating a different time, only to later discover that it wasn't the case. The spaces are limited and unsuitable: often, thirty or so people find themselves crammed into a narrow corridor waiting for activities to begin, which sometimes start significantly late. Furthermore, the activity calendar is poorly managed: multiple courses for the same age group overlap at the same time, making it impossible for children to participate in both sports and other activities. Midweek activities are scheduled very early in the afternoon, with schedules that are incompatible with working hours. Overall, one gets the sense that there's no willingness to accommodate families or find solutions. A real shame, because there's so much potential, but the organization really discourages participation.

17/10/2025: Very nice place. Delicious pasta and pizza. Nice service. Been having my dinner there, evening after another evening. Enjoyed the Tuna and Onions pizza! When I left my mobile, and later came back, they were there waiting for me with the phone. Thank you very, very much, honest and reliable staff. Hope to see you guys soon!

26/09/2025: We had a fantastic dinner here. We came at opening time so no issues getting a table. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My pizza was wonderfully authentic, and the catered to my gluten free requirements. My 9 year old son ate an entire pizza to himself…he loved it than much! We loved it. Great prices and great food. Highly recommended.

09/07/2025: The interior is small and smelly. I left a pair of Ray-Bans on the counter for a few minutes, and they immediately and mysteriously disappeared.

19/06/2025: Everything was delicious, from the pinsa to the cod salad, to the carpaccio, to the meatballs, in short the quality of the raw materials was really high and the dishes were not predictable. Excellent wine list and the owner was delightful.

11/10/2025: The worst place I've had breakfast in Rome. €5.50 for a coffee? I feel like they're ripping off tourists, because otherwise... those prices aren't normal. The super-simple focaccia for €5... I honestly recommend that NO ONE come here. €21 for breakfast for two is a rip-off.

08/09/2025: A wonderful experience at Novecentotredici. We stopped on our way to the Vatican and it was the perfect start to our day. The service was fantastic and so friendly. The lady at the cash register guided us through our conversations since we're learning Italian. The cappuccinos were simply divine, and the maritozzo (giant) was delicious, the cream light and just sweet enough. Small gluten-free pastries were also available. Less interesting, but having the option is always nice. For an authentic and relaxing experience, to take your time in the morning, this is a good place.

15/10/2025: Historic venue in a prime location. Large outdoor and indoor spaces. The quality of service and customer service have deteriorated significantly over the years. The afternoon crowds are rather unpleasant. It picks up again in the evening.

29/09/2025: A delicious mixed platter accompanied by a sparkling wine from Abruzzo and a Pinot Noir from Friuli. Outside dining is also available. Excellent service, helpfulness, and a smile. See you soon!!!

02/11/2025: A well-kept location nestled in the countryside surrounding Tivoli. Wonderful free-range sheep and splendid ponies greeted us. Cows, donkeys, rabbits, and black pigs complete the scene. In short, a fully-fledged educational farm with children's facilities and games scattered throughout. The restaurant is large and spacious, with plenty of seating, and is decorated with farm relics. The cleanliness wasn't the best, with stained glasses and slightly dusty plates. Unfortunately, our welcome wasn't pleasant, as the dining room was unfortunately infested with bedbugs, which caused a bad mood and discomfort for the first half hour of our meal. According to the waiter, it's a plague for them these days. Good food with quality ingredients, carefully presented, and interesting flavors. The platter and tiella were excellent (although the name for the latter is misleading as it isn't a tiella). The chamomile cauliflower was less good, but the cream soup was interesting. The express lasagna was tasty and richly seasoned. The gobies were also good, but the ravioli, which arrived almost cold, were less impressive. To finish, we tried the tiramisu, which was too heavy with cream; the brioche with ice cream was very good; the panna cotta, however, wasn't to everyone's taste given the bold flavors. The biscuits served with the coffee were excellent. The price was slightly higher than expected, but the location was very interesting. Remember to try it outside of bedbug season.
