13/04/2025: Optimal! Perfect Abruzzo restaurant on the Bufalotta, easily reachable via the ring road. We only went for the kebabs and I must say that they did not disappoint: we took the hand-cut ones and they were fantastic, they melted in your mouth, a delight! There were never enough 🙃 we also had the bruschetta with truffle and scamorza, very fragrant, and potatoes with shallots and bacon seasoned with excellent oil. Honest account. Absolutely coming back!!

29/04/2025: We ate dinner here last night. It was a Monday, so it was one of a few places open. It was heaving, but served us an excellent meal at very reasonable price. The house wine was good too!! The staff were excellent and we had a very entertaining evening even though we couldn't speak much Italian and their English was also limited!! We would definitely go again if we were in Acquapendente.

27/04/2025: An experience right in the center of Acquapendente, between typical flavors of the Viterbo area and the feeling of warmth and welcome carried out by both the owners of the structure and the structure ITSELF, very well connected rooms inside a typical building of a medieval village!!!!

21/04/2025: A gem from the Viterbo area. Local adjacent to a small country church with a former primary school attached (I don't know if it is still active). A delicacy of flavours. I won't say more, come to this place where anxieties disappear, you can enjoy food and good wine. I'll tell you a secret: there is a room surrounded by the most prized bottles of the Italian regions where you can have a more reserved, American happy hour 🤫😋😉

01/04/2025: After many years I managed to return to this once very popular place! I was disappointed!! The appetizers and first courses are no longer as carefully crafted as they were then and the quality of the products has deteriorated a bit. The scampi cream rice was salty and I couldn't eat it. I'm sorry because it was a pleasant stop. The environment of the 1st room is magnificent, but the 2nd room seems like an "aseptic" and cold hospital room!

09/03/2025: We arrived there following a visit to Lake Canterno (FR). Enchanting landscape. The managers are courteous and the dishes are worthy of the typical local cuisine, good and tasty. Prices are also good. Pleasant location and cleanliness everywhere. Excellent experience....

08/03/2025: Exceptional kindness, courtesy and food! I've passed by here several times and each time I discovered different and delicious dishes and all of this with a surprising quality/price ratio! Excellent quality and genuine raw materials, courteous and professional service! Highly recommended!! The lake is a fantastic place, in any season it has something to transmit! (Favorite dish: chestnut tagliatelle with forest scent)

10/03/2025: Super endroit avec de très bons petits déjeuners et cafés, les croissants fourrés au chocolat ou à la pistache sont terribles ! Le patron Antonello peut paraitre bourru mais il est en réalité très sympa, et il est ouvert 7/7...budget 10 à 12 € par personne pour les gourmands (2 cafés et deux viennoiseries par personne)

08/03/2025: This cafe is super cute and while it’s near Vatican City, it is far enough away that it is more calm and local. They had oat milk cappuccinos which was an exciting find, and the staff were really nice. Highly recommend.

01/04/2025: Really nice place. Well maintained, friendly and trained staff. The menu is characterized by classic and truly well-made starters and first courses, for second courses they offer a vast variety of carefully prepared and well-cooked meats. Side dishes and desserts at the same level as the rest. Fair prices and generous portions. I recommend booking well in advance, especially if you want to go in a group. The place is small and in my opinion this is an advantage both for those who work there and for the customers who are never "abandoned". The 5th star is fully deserved!
