We stopped here as the last stop on our trip. The place is very welcoming, clean, and spacious. Both the meat and the pizza are excellent. Excellent value for money. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

A modern, welcoming, and meticulously maintained restaurant, the evening menu focuses on pizza and burgers. In this case, I'll talk about the pizza—fragrant, light, and sophisticated. It's clear there's a lot of thought behind it—not your typical pizza, but something different, highly digestible.
For appetizers, the classic supplì, potato croquettes, and delicious French fries.
The desserts are truly exceptional, especially the tiramisu.
The prices are perfectly in line with what you get, and the beer selection is good.
The service is courteous.

I discovered Fermento - Pizza e Cucina for lunch and was absolutely blown away. The atmosphere is modern and welcoming, and Chef Roberta's culinary offerings are a true revelation. There's no pizza at lunchtime, but you won't miss it, as the gourmet dishes offered are top-notch.
We enjoyed the Tonnarelli with three cherry tomatoes, parmesan, and basil (a light yet flavorful first course featured on their menu). Each course reflects Chef Roberta's trademark care and attention to quality ingredients. Her approach is reflected in every detail, from the impeccable service to the balanced flavors.
The staff was exceptional, polite, and always available. It's a place where you can sense the passion for fine Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
For those seeking a lunchtime dining experience in Sora that transcends the usual routine, Fermento is the perfect choice. Kudos to Roberta and the entire team! I can't wait to return.

Pinsa 5*, the service wasn't the best, maybe because there were only 2 of us? They brought the pinsa on a cute little tray, already cut, you had to eat it with your hands, without a knife or fork, maybe I didn't understand the mood of the place... The choice of iron chairs, at some tables, really uncomfortable, I got up more tired than when I arrived 2*, single bathroom for men, women and seniors without a toilet seat, I can't understand why 1*... Anyway, Pinsa worth trying, really good and unique flavors, compliments to the chef..
