20/07/2025: A charming and welcoming place. As soon as you enter, you feel like you're in a real Tyrolean wine cellar; you'd never imagine you were in Rome. The decor is superb, as is the food. Excellent customer service. Perfect for a different experience.

20/05/2025: Rome is severely lacking international and non-Roman regional cuisine. Cantina Tirolese is a welcome break from carbonara and cacio e pepe. The quaint and characteristic decore are true to the food: nice portion, hearty, no frills tirolese food. The highlight for me is the cheese fondue - can’t find it in many places in Rome and it is delicious.

05/08/2025: A typical Ariccia fraschetta, serving excellent food. Generous appetizers, half-portion portions of the first courses, a lovely location with indoor and outdoor seating, friendly and helpful staff, and fast service. Parking nearby. Excellent value.

04/08/2025: This was a place I wasn't familiar with; it was my friends' and my first time there. The Cobo is absolutely top-quality, and the portions are enormous. I'd even say exaggerated. The traditional Roman dishes are well-prepared and the prices are absolutely reasonable. I'll definitely be eating here again. Highly recommended.

01/08/2025: I waited until my third meal 😀 before writing a review... but from the first meal, both for the food and the way I felt at ease with the staff and owner, I can say it's the best in Trastevere!! Excellent cuisine, excellent, cheerful and friendly staff, fast service, I brought two friends who were more than satisfied. I highly recommend it. By Alessandro l'Abruzzese Nothing, I'll just say it's the best in Trastevere, for its friendliness and cuisine!! Today, we had homemade fettuccine with guanciale and artichokes. Of course, you can't find Italian artichokes these days, so, as the restaurant owners honestly mentioned, the artichokes were French... but the combination of flavors was truly outstanding! 01/08/2025: A fantastic place in the center of Rome in the Trastevere neighborhood. The food is excellent, with top-notch traditional dishes... I recommend the oxtail stew and the homemade tagliatelle alla matriciana.

05/07/2025: Philosophy and research reflected in the flavors and dishes, of great taste and authenticity. Personally I would prefer to receive the bread after ordering, the water can be served before leaving it at the table, a cutlery rest to match the delicious table setting. 10/06/2025: Tried the vegan options here. The food quality is very good and I possibly had the best seitan ever. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Price is a bit high and food quantity could be more generous. Overall recommended for vegans in Tarquinia.

06/08/2025: Cena a menu fisso, semplice ma davvero gustosa, a un prezzo più che giusto. L’Oste Matto è simpatico, cordiale e si è dimostrato molto affettuoso con il nostro bambino, che ha coccolato per tutta la serata. Il locale è molto carino, sia all’interno che sulla terrazza: accogliente e con uno staff sempre disponibile, ma mai invadente nel proporre le portate successive. Consigliatissimo. È stata senza dubbio la miglior cena della nostra vacanza!

05/08/2025: Locale delizioso0 eb--curato nella parte interna e molto suggestivo nella terrazza esterna. Personale cordiale, gentile e sorridente, ma il plus é Peppe, l'oste matto: un uomo simpaticissimo e sempre attento e premuroso. Il locale serve un menù fisso composto da 5 antipasti, primo, secondo contorno, dolce, caffè, amari ed acqua. Piatti gustosi e vari. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima... Stra consigliato!

26/07/2025: Siamo andati a cena in questo ristorante perché era nella lista di un boscolo gift che ci hanno regalato; il posto e carino, bella apparecchiatura, tovaglia bianca classica, abbiamo preso due antipasti, bruschetta di ricotta e polpette di pollo diciamo sufficienti; poi di primo un tonnarello cacio e pepe e un tonnarello al ragu' bianco con salsiccia e funghi e qui veramente le note dolenti... la pasta era chiaramente precotta, peraltro cotta senza sale, il condimento per tutti e due i primi slegato e pesante.. quando il cameriere mi ha chiesto come fosse andata.. gli ho fatto presente che la pasta era stata cotta senza sale, lui è andato a chiedere al cuoco e ci ha detto che è una scelta voluta perché molti clienti non vogliono mangiare salato... assurdo! Passiamo ai dolci: abbiamo preso una torta di carote che non era fresca e un tiramisù invece buono. Altra nota sul servizio, il personale molto gentile ma impreparato , abbiamo ordinato un calice di vino bianco, e ce lo hanno portato direttamente nel bicchiere senza farci vedere la bottiglia, l'acqua poi la solita acqua del rubinetto filtrata e servita in bottiglie anti igieniche, purtroppo cosa ormai consueta in molti ristoranti. Per finire prezzi alti, altissimi se commisurati alla scarsissima qualità.

05/08/2025: Ristorante nella Casetta York, ricevimenti&eventi nella Villa, trattoria e pizzeria nella Casetta Rustica - quella da noi provata - e perfino "temporary lounge" negli Horti Romani, una sorta di salotto per aperitivi se ho ben capito : mamma mia, che confusione per un amante dell'intimità calda di una trattoriola buona, pulita, giusta come io sono! Il posto comunque è bello, e dietro alla grand'impresa c'è ovviamente una buona organizzazione, che si coglie anche in un servizio particolarmente celere, nonostante la ressa in una sera di un giorno feriale qualsiasi d'agosto! Della pizzeria, da rilevare anche un menù particolarmente ricco - ordini solo con il cellulare che fissa il QR-code "sa va sans dire", eh! - con menzione per il "frittorto" di pezzetti di ortaggi fritti (€8,50), buono e vario, e bene anche i supplì, in tre versioni (ragù, radicchio&gorgonzola, cacio&pepe, €2,50 ciascuno) e le verdire grigliate. Gran varietà di pizze e focacce cotte nei forni a legna, la nuova bufalina, con mozzarella di bufala a crudo e tanti pomodorini e olive taggiasche, meglio della Margherita con bufala cotta (entrambe €12). Nella sala interna l'insonorizzazione è non sufficiente, mentre il condizionamento d'aria non è troppo aggressivo. Conto medio- medioalto.

14/07/2025: Black Angus steaks and Apulian bombette are simply amazing. The boiled potatoes are a real surprise: simple yet irresistible. You choose the meat directly at the counter, order it by the kilo, and it's sliced right in front of you and cooked to order. As for side dishes: boiled potatoes (a must), chicory, or grilled vegetables. People come here for the meat: no first courses, no special menus, or vegetarian options. The portions are generous, not gourmet plates. It's the perfect place for a dinner with friends, colleagues, or meat-loving ladies. Excellent for those who want to enjoy a good meal without spending too much. Quick service and friendly staff.

20/07/2025: After visiting the castle, we headed to this little trattoria. The staff is attentive to their needs, and the food is delicious. The zero-mile platter is a must-try!
