One of my historical places. I went there when I was a 17/18 year old kid and I go back every time I go to Gaeta. An institution!

Too bad it's so small that five customers fill it, also obstructing the passage to the owner's exit, who himself with great kindness serves the pizzas for the customers sitting at the outside tables, but on the other hand, despite the little space for both the customers and the those who work there, this very small Tielleria and pizzeria has been delighting everyone's palate for many years, it is the undisputed King of the Tiella Gaetana one of the delights of this wonderful place which is now not only touristy only in the summer as it once was, but alive and active all the time year with its wonders and its excellences manifested with continuous events, the owner of this little pearl welcomes customers with a smile, a unique kindness and friendliness, he is a true charmer and knows how to charm his customers, and only after having tasted his Tielle as well as his pizzas, you can realize how much it is worth sitting there to delight your palate, in addition to the fact that the panorama that precedes it and the one you admire while sitting at the table is immeasurable and indescribable , go to Carlo's small Pizzeria del Porto, admire the majesty of the place along the way, and I guarantee you that you will take with you an indelible memory.

A very small place, located close to the port, near the tip, it has a very small closed environment, but has tables on the external veranda from which it is possible to admire a large part of the town and the entire gulf... a very pleasant view, from a quiet location! Paid car parks are available in the immediate vicinity, while those for motorbikes are free. Assisted by very jovial and helpful staff, we consumed spectacular tielle with octopus and cherry tomatoes (typical of Gaeta cuisine), choosing them from the many tempting possible fillings (swordfish and aubergines, anchovies and cherry tomatoes, escarole and black olives, mussels and courgettes , etc.) ... mouth-watering! The quality ingredients, harmonized by expert hands, and the scenery of Gaeta in the background made us spend a ... tasty moment!!! Advised! P.S.: we also bought tielle to take away and, when we got home... a huge success!

Small environment, good service... but the tiles are really excellent. One point less because after taking 4 tiles, we asked for a taste....and they made us pay three euros. In my opinion they could have overlooked it.

Great food! First time having Tiella and it didn't disappoint. Definitley try it if you like seafood. They had octopus, calamari, salted fish and more. The nice lady working there also spoke perfect English which helps when you're a dumb American like me. Would recommend this spot👍

Sicuramente mangiare sul mare è bello, ma il cibo che ho mangiato non era all’altezza delle tante recensioni da 5 stelle. La tiella era molliccia e molto unta, sia col polpo che con la scarola e olive (giusto l’odore) e la pizza un mappazzone. E poi prezzi alti.

Ho preso dei supplì qui in questa pizzeria, devo dire che erano buoni! Una cosa singolare e che non so per quale motivo un piccione e svolazzato fuori dal locale appena entrati, spero che sia non svolazzato in cucina! Per il resto come dicevo i supplì erano buoni! Buona pizza a voi popolo di TripAdvisor.
