We had an excellent dinner at La Pergola restaurant while we were charging our electric car. The carbonara was simply spectacular, creamy and flavorful. The location is beautiful and convenient due to its proximity to the highway, and the service staff were incredibly kind.

Stopped in "La Pergola"for lunch as I needed to charge my Tesla , I think this restaurant is an absolute find . Not only as a stop for charging the car but as a high quality restaurant . The restaurant is beautiful, set in an old farm house with tons of charm . As you enter you are warmly greeted by the staff , the staff is super professional . The restaurant is dominated by an open grill and a fridge displaying all the meats , on the left side the station for the many types of Prosciutto cut and served . 😋 The cacio e pepe pasta was delicious, my signora is Umbrian and if she says that a dish is good that means its traditionally cooked and delizioso. I had a filetto that I wanted "a sangue" , and it was grilled to perfection. The dolce was a great surprise, prepared in house and ... well just look at the photos, this is not your average Italian dolce . We will return again soon.

A bit of an outdated room, but fine for one night. We dined in the restaurant. That was truly excellent. The wine list was a massive volume, almost as thick as a phone book.

Beautiful place with an old-world feel. Wonderful place to hang out with family. Excellent food, very convenient parking, and great prices. I recommend the pasta alla carrettiera, it's fantastic. 😀

We stop regularly to use the Tesla supercharger and have lunch at the restaurant. The restaurant is beautiful and welcoming. The staff is friendly and efficient. The menu is varied. The quality of the food is excellent, and all the dishes are delicious. They're also very fast. The prices are fair. Highly recommended.

As soon as we stepped inside, we felt immediately welcomed with the authentic, yet unobtrusive, care that makes all the difference. Massimo—professional, passionate, and attentive—led us through an experience that exceeded our expectations. Each dish, despite its simplicity, is conceived and crafted with care, balance, and true passion. The tagliolini with truffles were simply divine. One of those dishes that makes you close your eyes and savor every note. The wine selection was excellent, expertly and tastefully balanced. You can sense that behind every offering there's research, a story, and a precise idea. It's the kind of place you'd gladly return to, even just for the intimate atmosphere, the tranquility and warmth it exudes, and the pleasure of being welcomed with style but without formality.
