There were a lot of us there, and there were just as many people, and we ate quite well.
The appetizers were amazing, and that's all there is to it...
Then came the trio of first courses, and unfortunately, to our great disappointment, the pasta wasn't al dente; it was almost cooked through... I don't know if they eat super al dente in Rome or what, but it was a shame...
The guanciale in the carbonara was a little overcooked, for my taste, but I'll give it up on that one...
The desserts were just as good as the appetizers.
I'm still giving it 4 stars because, overall, it deserves it...
Be careful with the pasta dishes 😘

Just the classic Roman tavern, the menu is on a blackboard and listed by the waiters, the comfortable, friendly atmosphere, the cured meats from the appetizer are served at the table with a cutting board and knife, everyone serves themselves without quantity limits, the meat is excellent, the prices are displayed, there are no surprises about the fried foods, however, a little disappointing, full of oil, perhaps it wasn't the right evening, however overall a good restaurant, excellent for a family dinner or with friends

At this trattoria, you feel right at home as soon as you enter. The welcome is warm, and as soon as you see the menu written on the blackboard—appetizers, first courses, and second courses—your hunger begins to build because you're dying to eat it all! The staff are friendly, trained like a centurion, and on busy nights, they serve with just the right amount of time. They also do well in this regard, but above all, you'll find truly good quality and fair prices. Try ordering the Antipasto Romano; those who like it will be surprised! Recommended!

We visited this trattoria and were truly delighted. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, perfect for a relaxing evening.
We ate very well: tasty dishes, prepared with quality ingredients. You can taste the simple yet authentic cuisine, the kind that makes you feel at home.
The service was also kind and attentive, without being intrusive. Overall, it was a truly pleasant experience, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat well and feel at home!

Always a friendly welcome, fast service, and a traditional Roman menu with meticulously prepared dishes. Alessandro and Spartaco are the absolute best. Excellent value.
