29/03/2025: English: I happened to try this restaurant twice for dinner in a short time. The location is a bit secluded compared to the well-known San Felice Circeo and Sabaudia but easily reachable via navigator. The place is very welcoming and well-kept, the impression is that the owner has invested a lot in the layout. You are welcomed with a smile and courtesy. The restaurant immediately presents itself as ambitious with an amuse-bouche of fried foods (polenta and battered vegetables). I tried several appetizers which overall I was very satisfied with. I wanted to try the buffalo meat for a second time but I didn't find it delicious, I think more due to a technical error in the cooking than for the quality of the product. Specifically, on one side it was rare, on the other it was definitely overcooked. I thought it was appropriate not to ask for a change to avoid wasting a nice piece of meat. I also found some inaccuracies in the cooking of the vegetables, specifically the artichokes were quite hard while the broccoli were excessively bitter, despite being a beautiful bright green. I can't give it full marks (there was also a bit of a wait between courses) but overall they were both good experiences. The prices are in line with the prices of the most famous places so above average. I definitely recommend the restaurant and I think it has a lot of room for improvement.

25/03/2025: Returning after a year I found the same kindness and customer care. The same can be said of the dishes that reinterpret Roman tradition with a touch of fantasy without overdoing it. It is not very cheap, but its quality-price ratio is in my opinion unbeaten in the area. Try it, you will not regret it.

17/03/2025: Fuimos de viaje a Roma, y nos alojamos por la zona. El día de la llegada cogimos una pizza para llevar para una de las personas, y un gran acierto, excelente calidad y muy buen precio. Unos días después decidimos ir a cenar, y aunque era domingo estaban hasta arriba, pero nos hicieron un hueco y finalmente pudimos cenar en el local. La comida excelente, y a destacar que, pese a que nosotros no hablábamos italiano, hacían esfuerzo por hacerse entender y entendernos a nosotros. Recomendable sin duda!!

17/03/2025: On a trip to Rome we stayed in the area, and we decided to get a pizza to go the same day we arrived in the city and we weren't going to go downtown. Very good quality and at a very good price. Another day of the trip we decided to have dinner there, and although it was Sunday and they were packed, they made room for us as we went. Furthermore, even though we do not speak Italian, they did everything possible to understand us and make themselves understood. A great success to have gone to this place without a doubt!!

22/02/2025: Intrigued by the reviews, I went to this pizzeria with my husband and we were pleasantly surprised. It really should be said: matter first, that is, quality raw materials, carefully chosen by the manager (with whom we had a pleasant chat about the way the pizza is produced and the ingredients). Top pizza (not the usual pizza), supplì and chickpea croquettes, pure and above all highly digestible (which for those like me who suffer from reflux is a fundamental requirement). Must try!

05/01/2025: Piacevole sorpresa aver scoperto questo piccolo locale ben arredato e limitrofo ad altro ristorante. Personale molto gentile e cortese. Anche se di dimensione contenute la qualità deve ritenersi massima. Oltre agli antipasti di patate ho assaggiato le fettuccine alla gricia con pistacchio e stinco. Il poco tempo non mi ha consentito di apprezzare anche i dolci. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . Complimenti meritati a questi ragazzi.

24/02/2025: Forno eccezionale!!! Simpatici il proprietario ed il figlio!! Sono molto ospitali ed empatici e fanno un pane ed una pizza che farcita con i loro salumi verdure etc... sono fantastici!! Poi alla fine ti portano sempre i loro dolcetti da assaggiare!!! Prezzi onesti!! ci tornerò ogni volta che passerò per il lago del Turano!!
