19/07/2025: Passing by the day before, my girlfriend and I were drawn by the sweet aroma wafting from the café. The next day, we stopped for breakfast and had two croissants, a cappuccino, and a latte macchiato. Everything was delicious, with a special mention for the croissant: a good pastry and a very good cream. Prices were reasonable for the area. Old-fashioned, but not too much.

21/07/2025: I ate here with my girlfriend. It's the perfect place for a romantic evening. We had their set menu, €50 per person. Everything was delicious; we loved everything from appetizer to dessert. The wine was very good, and the service was impeccable. The terrace is breathtaking. I highly recommend it.

20/07/2025: Excellent, I ordered the set menu on the balcony (which is actually a small terrace with only tables for two, one level lower than the terrace). Top service and well-prepared, well-presented dishes. The seafood risotto was incredible. A bit pricey, but absolutely justified.

12/07/2025: Pasé un viernes por la tarde aquí en julio. El ambiente es relajado, acogedor y cálido. El servicio fue impecable. Comenzamos con un plato de vino tinto y queso recomendado que fue fantástico, los acompañamientos incluían peras, miel, rúcula y zanahorias. La selección de quesos era suave y increíblemente deliciosa. Para la cena mi marido pidió pollo y yo berenjena a la parmesana. Recomiendo mucho ambos. El sabor era complejo y delicioso. ¡Las porciones eran tan grandes que trajimos algunas a casa! Terminamos nuestra comida con limoncello elaborado en el lugar, el limón fresco era increíble. ¡Es imprescindible! Este es un encantador restaurante familiar (¡¡¡desde hace 44 años!!!). Había mucha gente local comiendo (se notaba por la forma en que los saludaban), ¡lo cual dice algo! El personal fue cálido y paciente con nuestros intentos de comunicarnos en Inglés y hablaba Inglés si eso es importante para usted. Excelente ubicación. Estamos muy contentos de haber elegido este restaurante. Servicio, cocina y ambiente son un 10.

09/08/2025: I buy the pinza from Turin with the pre-made dough, which is like a brick, but these are very thin and the quality is evident. I was on vacation for 4 days, and for one day I only ate their pinza, which was delicious. (I asked for Fanta and they said, 'True, you want a Coke,' so the waiters were very playful and made the evening more fun.)

07/08/2025: One of the best sandwich shops in Rome. I've been eating here regularly for over three years, and they've always maintained the same quality without raising prices. Everything is delicious, from the sandwiches to the fried foods. Good quality, low prices, and generous quantities. The service is fast, even during peak hours. Keep in mind that it gets very crowded on weekends, and between takeout, delivery drivers, and diners, the wait is rightfully longer. It can be difficult to find a seat, especially if there are a lot of you, but there are other places nearby where you can sit and eat in peace.

27/06/2025: The experience at Osteria dei Sapori confirmed the expectations created by the many more than positive reviews we had read. From the moment we arrived, we were immediately greeted by young, courteous and attentive staff. They seated us outside, a gesture that we particularly appreciated, as it allowed us to enjoy two Campari Spritz and a cigar in complete tranquility. Later, for dinner, we moved inside, where the atmosphere kept its promises: welcoming and comfortable. The menu offers the authentic flavors of Roman cuisine. We started with delicious chips with pulled pork, then enjoyed a superb Carbonara and an excellent Amatriciana – dishes that reflect the quality of the raw materials and the care in preparation. At the end of the meal, a good amaro perfectly concluded the evening, accompanied by water. Osteria dei Sapori is a recommended stop for those looking for authentic Roman cuisine in a refined atmosphere. Excellent value for money, attentive service and a family atmosphere.

27/06/2025: L’esperienza all’Osteria dei Sapori ha confermato le aspettative create dalle numerose recensioni più che positive che avevamo letto. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti immediatamente da un personale giovane, cortese e attentissimo. Ci hanno fatto accomodare all’esterno, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente, in quanto ci ha permesso di goderci in tutta tranquillità due Campari Spritz e un sigaro. Successivamente, per la cena, ci siamo spostati all’interno, dove l’atmosfera ha mantenuto le promesse: accogliente e confortevole. Il menù propone i sapori autentici della cucina romana. Abbiamo iniziato con sfiziose patatine con pulled pork, per poi gustare una superba Carbonara e un’ottima Amatriciana – piatti che riflettono la qualità delle materie prime e la cura nella preparazione. A fine pasto, un buon amaro ha concluso perfettamente la serata, accompagnato da acqua. L’Osteria dei Sapori è una tappa consigliata per chi cerca vera cucina romana in un’atmosfera curata. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, servizio attento e ambiente familiare: un’esperienza da ricordare.

05/07/2025: Pizza buona ma servizio da dimenticare. Arrivati alle 20.30 come da prenotazione abbiamo notato che gli ordini non venivano presi in base all arrivo ma a discrezione della responsabile. Fatta l ordinazione dopo un po di attesa sono arrivati i fritti buoni,dopodiché il buio totale,tutti i tavoli arrivati dopo di noi arrivavano le pizze ,anche a persone sedute da 10 minuti(evidentemente amici),noi nulla cosicché dopo 1 ora di attesa e tutti gli altri tavoli avevano terminato ho dovuto chiedere alla signora che fine avessero fatto le nostre pizze,anche se vedendoci da 1 ora e mezza senza mangiare la pizza un pensiero me lo sarei fatto da ristoratrice.riassumendo servizio pessimo e non lineare per gli ospiti ,pizza buona mane ho mangiate di migliori e ormai la serata era andata.nonconsiglio affatto

30/06/2025: Pizzeria che frequentiamo e consigliamo MA SOLO PER LA PIZZA...sabato sera, pieno, fuori e dentro...quindi si presume che il servizio debba essere super organizzato, altrimenti l'unico obiettivo del proprietario è fare i numeri e stop su tutto il resto. Seduti alle 20.45 alle 21.10 ancora dovevano passare per chiedere da bere...prendiamo ordine..2 supplì e due pizze...dopo poco arrivano i supplì e subito dopo passa "una signora con il palmare" dove vede che abbiamo finito e ci dice che manda le pizze in cottura...tutto questo intorno alle 21.20. Nel frattempo si parla e passano circa altri 20 min, molti tavoli vanno via e rimaniamo noi 2 e si siede un tavolo da 2 dietro noi che ordina le pizze, dopo circa 10 min arrivano 2 pizze pensando fossero le nostre ma erano del tavolo dietro a noi. Chiamiamo la "signora con il palmare" e chiediamo le nostre pizze, lei dopo che è passata circa mezz'ora ci dice che abbiamo ancora 2 comande davanti, al che abbiamo detto che non era possibile visto che il tavolo dietro noi aveva già le pizze sul tavolo ed erano appena seduti. Lei ci dice : SE VOLETE VI ALZATE PAGATE QUELLO CHE AVETE MANGIATO E ANDATE ALTRIMENTI ASPETTATE CHE LE PIZZE VENGANO FATTE", li per lì abbiamo detto no aspettiamo! ma sinceramente davanti a tanta indisponenza, ci siamo alzati e andati alla cassa per pagare.... sempre la "signora con il palmare" dopo averle fatto presente che cmq non era stata carina nell'invitarci ad andare via così...si rivolge a mio marito dicendogli : HAI ROSICATO PERCHE' QUELLI DIETRO DI TE HANNO MANGIATO PRIMA!.... ora tutto a un limite...prima cosa non è tuo fratello...quindi chiunque tu sia..impara a parlare in modo corretto con un cliente...mio marito ha avuto un tono di voce duro, ma non ti ha offesa...quindi se decidi di fare questo lavoro...impara l'educazione!!! Ora vedendo i commenti sotto le altre recensioni...il modo di rispondere è al quanto infantile...quindi è il caso che oltre a saper far la pizza buona dovreste mettere uno staff adeguato al servizio tavoli e in cucina. PURTROPPO LA PIZZA E' BUONA, MA NON DARO' MAI PIU' UN CENTESIMO A QUESTO LOCALE...PARLANDO CON AMICI DI GENZANO E NON SOLO, TANTI HANNO RISCONTRATO LA STESSA PROBLEMATICA, SERVIZIO ASSOLUTAMENTE DELUDENTE E MAL ORGANIZZATI.
