Perfect restaurant, a mix between "homemade" and a starred environment I would say. Waiters attentive, kind and very friendly. Tip: Carbonara meatballs and Carbonara ❤️

We had lunch yesterday in this place recommended by true Roman friends.. Nowhere in the world have I had the opportunity to eat such good carbonara. To say the least, excellent in portions, abundant and majestic, excellent in quality, nothing to do with those filthy places dominated by Indians who are now depopulated throughout Rome... there is food there for true connoisseurs. Obviously everything has a cost but everything is abundantly justified, very fast service. Definitely frequented by a middle/high class of people and is already synonymous with quality. Let's not talk about poetic desserts... top!

Location, from the Roman traditions starting from the menu written in typical dialect to the signs inside the restaurant, but equally elegant, excellent and abundant dishes and particular attention towards customers......I would say highly recommended.

I'm giving it a 3/5 because the portions are very small and the prices go down hard. I also find the cost of bread absurd from the moment they decide, of their own free will, to leave it on the table, yet you pay for it anyway. The price of an amatriciana and carbonara €17 would have been top if they had left the portions from previous years. Overall, it remains a historic restaurant that serves excellent dishes.

Troppo "industriale" sistemazione tunnel non va bene. Antipasto misto: Polpette carbonara dure, Polpette carne buone, Melanzane ok. Pinsa con burrata e puntarelle troppo pepe praticamente immangiabile. Matriciana e Grigia cofane enormi, tanta quantità ma niente di memorabile. Vino rosso IX miglio troppo giovane e frizzante,...

location secondo me migliore di altre come trastevere, poiché fuori dal caos turistico, ma pur sempre in centro a pochi passi da monumenti assolutamente da non perdere come colosseo, circo massimo e piramide cestia; a disposizione tavoli sia esterni che interni, fuori si sta bene anche se in alcuni punti la pulizia non è il massimo; scelta abbastanza ampia di piatti della tradizione romana, la carbonara era buona e abbondante (quindi il prezzo non bassissimo in parte è giustificato), in generale i piatti sia salati che dolci sono molto scenografici; consigliato, da tornarci

Pasta Imperiale

31/03/2024: Great discovery in Rome, we loved the pasta there, and the workers are very friendly. I have to add that the bolognese pasta is very very good and the tiramisu is very good too! We ate for 24 euros with two dishes, two drinks and dessert, very economical.
30/03/2024: One of the best carbonara I have ever tasted at a fraction of cost compared to other restaurants. Really worth it.
