Crossing the threshold, you enter a different dimension of space and time, as evidenced by the old SIP sign at the entrance. Choose from a free-form menu or a tasting menu; letting Raoul recommend you is the best option. Avec55 is not just a culinary laboratory but also a place of conviviality, nourishing the soul. The welcome is fantastic!! The menu has so many interesting dishes, we did the tasting, they were good. We expected a small portion but more courses. Too bad the shrimp tartare on the risotto has no shrimp flavor at all 😅

We had dinner at this restaurant and it was a truly wonderful experience. Everything was excellent, both the food and the hospitality. The owner, who is also the chef, was extremely kind, and his passion and creativity shine through in every dish. We highly recommend this restaurant; it's definitely worth a try.

27/06/2026: We were accompanied throughout the meal by extremely kind and knowledgeable waitstaff. From the entrée to the final pampering, everything was excellent. Dinner was an experience. Even our 17-year-old son was very satisfied with his dinner.
