The food at Gusto was delicious; the pastas are highly recommended. The waiter, Giorgio, was very friendly and hospitable. Be sure to try the tiramisu, it's a real winner. Another fun activity is that you can make your own pasta there with family or friends.

20/08/2026: Probably one of the best pizzas by the slice in Rome, where the creativity in creating new flavors doesn't degenerate into "messy" fare, but rather enhances the long-leavened dough, one of the most digestible I've ever tried. It's a shame about the small space, the loud music, and the slightly overwhelming crowds, which sometimes make the shopping experience difficult, as does the inevitable line at all hours, which nevertheless gives you an idea of ​​just how top-notch the products are. I'll add a comment after a few years: besides the pizzas, the prices have skyrocketed. Prices have risen dramatically, above the average of other pizzerias. Let's not forget that this is a takeaway pizza by the slice and that we're in Trigoria.

17/08/2026: An excellent spot in Rome! 🍦 An artisanal ice cream shop offering truly delicious gelato. The service is also very friendly. I highly recommend it; it's perfect for a sweet treat during a visit to Rome! 🇮🇹
29/07/2026: Signora Carla's gelato is excellent, with classic flavors, interesting mixes, and daring palates (today I also tried the amazing cacio & pepe gelato). One of my favorite ice cream parlors.
