27/06/2025: We had a delicious lunch at this restaurant, the Castle in the Sky. When we first saw this city, we were shocked by its beauty and magnificence. It was lunchtime when we arrived and we saw this well-reviewed restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered two salads, one Italian ham, a steak and special pasta for children. We are very grateful to the store for preparing meals for the children. We thought every dish was delicious and the price was much cheaper than in Rome. We had a great lunch here.

28/05/2025: I called for a table, they said they didn't accept reservations but to go there directly and wait. We followed the advice, but we found the place closed..... ANSWER: In front of the place there was no sign that you were in mourning, we went to eat at a nearby restaurant, very well known, we asked them why you were closed, but they didn't know either. However, we weren't the only ones wondering, there were also 4 other customers, there were 6 of us.

03/08/2025: The food here is very delicious. You can taste the fresh ingredients. The carbonara was very tasty. It seems the chef makes the ingredients speak for themselves. The service is good. I found the cocktail too strong but that is my personal taste.

27/07/2025: I appreciated the restaurant's atmosphere, with its traditional but unobtrusive music. We were welcomed by the owner in a friendly manner. Dinner for three. We enjoyed an excellent appetizer of meatballs and potatoes with a very tasty eggplant sauce and a focaccia. For the main course, we had Tahacin, a rice cake stuffed with chicken seasoned with saffron and various sauces, tasty and plentiful; gurme sazbi with beans and veal, delicious, very tender and plentiful; while the Donner kebab dish was, in my opinion, a little light on meat and too much rice and vegetables. To finish, a typical Backlava dessert with traditional tea. Overall, a good dinner.

04/08/2025: Having exited the highway specifically to have dinner here, I entered the address found on Google into my GPS and arrived... In the middle of nowhere😔, in a housing project with no signs or anything else. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find this lovely place and I don't think I'll try again... too bad!

04/07/2025: Small but very welcoming restaurant run by Mirko, a very nice person, excellent cook, attentive and helpful host. We ate exquisite traditional Roman dishes accompanied by good wine. Highly recommended experience!!!!

21/06/2025: Very pleasant discovery in the center of Monterotondo, super honest prices and delicious dishes, starting from the carbonara, but also the desserts. Highly recommended for eating Roman style

03/08/2025: Compliments on the food, the service could be improved. As for quality, quantity, and price, I can only say excellent. Compliments. One last thing, for those who book a table: try to book upstairs. I booked. Three seats and I found myself in a hole with no windows. It was almost impossible to breathe. If you want to have a gladiator's prison experience under the Colosseum, you can book with confidence. As I said, the food and the show were great, and I'll definitely be back, specializing in something other than the tub. Next time, Il Nido del Corvo.

08/06/2025: The owners are wonderful and Mattia is the waiter and he is friendly and kind, very competent in his work, the pizza is excellent, today 06/07/25 we had soute of mussels, salmon and rocket, chicory, all really good, I highly recommend it, if you go on Saturday evening you should book otherwise you risk not finding a place

05/07/2025: Good service! Had the best Hugo cocktail ever. We were given a few options of wine to test before selecting. We had some appetitive dishes. The owner also accommodated vegetarian options . One of the better value for money options in this area.

20/06/2025: Welcoming place, helpful and qualified staff, excellent choice of wines, quality food! Recommended for both an aperitif and a dinner. If I can give a piece of advice, open before 6pm.

03/07/2025: Frequento da tempo questo ristorante all' EUR, la zona Sud di Roma. Il ristorante offre una piacevole ambientazione e mette il cliente subito a proprio agio. Il menù offre alcune specialità della cucina romana (matriciana, carbonara, etc.) ma non disdegna piatti di carne particolarmente appetitosi. Il ristorante è l' ideale per un pranzo in comitiva, un pranzo d'affari, ma anche per incontri tra vecchi amici. I prezzi sono decisamente alti, ma la qualità e la quantità dei cibi è altrettanto elevata.

08/08/2025: Coccio e Calici è il migliore ristorante di tutta Sacrofano e forse rientra anche nella top 10 dei ristoranti più buoni di tutta Roma. Questo grazie a una cucina ricercata ma che cerca allo stesso tempo di mantenere le tradizioni. Dopo la quinta volta ormai che ci andiamo, posso assicurarvi che, anche se il menù è ciclico, vi ritroverete ad assaggiare tutti i piatti perché il cuoco è geniale nel gestire sia gli abbinamenti che le cottura. Per esempio, l'ultima volta abbiamo preso un filetto di maiale che si scioglieva in bocca. Oltre ad avere una cucina straordinaria, anche il servizio è impeccabile. Vi consiglio fortemente di provare i loro cocktail. Concludo quest'enciclica dicendo che le porzioni sono anche abbondanti (mangerete gourmet senza morire di fame) e il costo, per la qualità è il servizio che offrono, è notevolmente basso.

20/06/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant and everything was just perfect. The place is very welcoming and cared for in detail, the atmosphere really pleasant. One thing that struck me in particular: it was a real pleasure to dine with background music chosen with taste. An experience that I would recommend without hesitation. We will definitely be back!
