22/05/2025: Arancino cacio e pepe di Supplizio disappointing. Despite a good external breading the inside was a rather bland agglomeration of white rice with a large piece of mozzarella that was not melted. Too bad... 3 euros definitely not well spent

29/07/2025: Pizza davvero buona e particolare nonché molto farcita. Pecca un po’ il servizio in termini di cordialità e gentilezza del personale. La ragazza fatica a sorridere, il ragazzo forse deve prenderci ancora la mano in sala, diciamo così. In merito al cibo e alla scelta del menu nulla da dire, locale ottimo per una cena semplice e alla mano!

05/07/2025: We went in to get some supplì. I have to say they were fantastic, very very good. The only problem was that it took us 20 minutes to get them and there were only 3 customers in front of us.

Last night was yet another special event I did with them and now I can only say that Alchemico is a sure thing for me. Very good beers and food, top quality ingredients and top service. 07/05/2025: Mi pareja había visitado este restaurante especializado de pescado y marisco una vez antes hace 12 años, así que reservamos la cena para nuestra primera noche en Roma juntos el viernes pasado, ya que estábamos muy cerca. El menú era fantástico. La comida era deliciosa - ostras, erizos de mar, pulpo, por nombrar algunos de sus platos. El libro de vinos era ligeramente abrumador con más de 70 páginas, pero elegimos un Chablis encantador para disfrutar con nuestra comida. Nuestros camareros eran educados, pero notablemente falta de calor, lo que era obvio ya que la mayoría de los otros comensales eran claramente habituales. El restaurante cierra definitivamente este próximo sábado, ya que el chef se jubila, por lo que cuando regresemos a Roma, nos interesará ver qué restaurante reemplaza a La Rosetta en este sitio privilegiado, a la vuelta de la esquina del Panteón.

18/07/2025: A super-positive experience. I wasn't familiar with the place yet, and last night was my first time. I usually prioritize the location before the food, which was excellent and had a wide selection, and in this case too... ("I'm speaking bistro")...it surprised me positively: a refined venue, a very well-kept and welcoming atmosphere, and above all, very clean. The background music was pleasant and soft, and at the right volume, it allows you to converse without having to shout to be heard by those dining with you. All the furnishings were pleasantly in keeping with the rest of the charming, truly refined venue. The owners have always been welcoming and ready to offer advice based on my requests... which I admit are quite demanding... I highly recommend it, and now that I've tried it, I'll be back more often as soon as I get the chance, and I'll bring more friends along, also to... "brag" about knowing a restaurant where you can eat excellently, spend a pleasant evening where you can chat in peace and be heard, and the quality-price ratio is also excellent. 19/07/2025: I went here because some friends insisted on going here, while I would have preferred another pizzeria. It was a disastrous experience. As soon as we arrived at the entrance, we were greeted by a huge sign that read, "The POS doesn't work." The evening continued to get worse, the wait was exhausting, and the food mediocre (the fried foods were full of oil, and the pizzas were almost burnt). But the worst part was the rudeness of the woman I was later told was the owner's partner. When I called her to order another beer, she responded very rudely, saying, "Do you know the POS doesn't work?", as if to question whether we had the money to pay—crazy stuff! The evening ended "on a high note" when we asked for the bill, which was given to us verbally, strictly without a receipt. When we went to pay, my friends asked the owner for an explanation about the POS not working for a while and the receipt not being issued, but his partner immediately intervened, saying, "Come on, send them away, we have things to do!" At the end of the evening, my very embarrassed friends apologized to me for what had happened. but surely not even they would have imagined receiving such treatment, and we promised ourselves never to set foot in that place again.

04/07/2025: I have visited this pizzeria twice in the last two years and unfortunately both times I have had the same problem: the POS out of order. It is really frustrating to have to pay in cash, especially in an age where we are trying to use cash less and less. The quality of the food is good, but this inconvenience on the payment has made my visits less enjoyable. I hope they can fix this situation, because I would love to come back and enjoy a good meal without any problems.

02/07/2025: High quality artisanal ice cream. A large choice of flavors, and they make cream every day in 4 variations, Vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate, hazelnut, are some examples. EXCELLENT I WOULD SAY. I highly recommend it
