28/08/2024: The outside does not do justice to the place which appears welcoming and very well looked after inside.
The food is amazing and the service is equally amazing. You have to wait a bit for the dishes but it's all rewarded by the excellent food.
We will gladly return.

02/08/2024: Fantastic dinner. Michelin recommended with original and creative cooking. Not fancy fine dining (like a Michelin star) but incredibly well cooked with top ingredients. Unique and original cooking style. Any foodie would enjoy. Service and wine recommendation great. Viewing from the street be aware that its a bistro at the front but the posh restaurant tables are hidden in the rear. Thank you for such a lovely meal. Do go.

01/08/2024: A typically Italian and cassola place. The tasting menu is a barbarity of quantity.
They make a type of croquettes with a touch of lime and cheese that are a real treat.
Very economical and not at all touristic. The weekend is full of Italians for dinner.

The open kitchen and the use of fresh vegetables are a guarantee of quality and transparency.
The owners are delightful people and always very punctual in respecting the agreed times, both for takeaway and for consumption on site.
The place is a small pearl of the city: absolutely worth trying

25/08/2024: Very nice tavern a stone's throw from the center of Spoleto. The dishes were very good, unfortunately we couldn't try others because we were coming from a rich breakfast, but what we ate I can guarantee the authenticity and goodness of the dishes. Fast and kind service. Easy parking near the square below the Osteria. You can also park at "Spoletosfera" and arrive at the Osteria in 10 minutes on foot via the mechanized passages in the city (very convenient).

Agevolato da dei servizi di qualità, un personale squisito e molto professionale e una cucina che accarezza il palato, abbiamo deciso di prolungare di un ulteriore giorno la nostra permanenza. Siamo felici per questa tappa fortuita e soprattutto diventerà sicuramente una delle nostre mete del cuore.

15/08/2024: A successful evening. The exterior is beautiful, the host is helpful and friendly, the dishes are excellent, all traditional, but with an extra twist that makes them pleasantly expected. The cold cuts plate is also excellent. The main ingredient is Cinta Senese pork, which is found in many dishes, all very good. The rabbit is exceptional

27/06/2024: My brother got married here in 2019 (right before the pandemic) and we were absolutely blown away by the view, the service, the delicious food and the beautiful town of Assisi. We stayed three nights and they let us rent out the whole building for all the visitors. Would love to come back one of these days!
