As for the food, we ordered a charcuterie board and a Florentine steak, both of average quality. Excellent wine selection. Prices are slightly above average.

11/01/2026: Wonderful customer service and decadent flavors! Even on a cold day, totally worth it to grab a scoop or two. We ordered the Margherita del, pistachio, caramello, & ricciarello. And each of the flavors did not disappoint. A must try if you are in Siena!

20/09/2025: A place created many years ago for snacks and picnics, nestled in the woods, over the years they opened a restaurant, and it has become a rustic yet delightful location for ceremonies and other events, with large green spaces—a peaceful haven in the Siena countryside. The cuisine is traditional Tuscan, with homemade pasta, grilled meats, and locally sourced vegetables. In short, a place to enjoy a good lunch and fresh air!

08/08/2025: If you are looking for authenticity with fresh and delicious products: LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Sandwiches with ingredients cut in front of you...nothing better. All of Italy gathered in this place. Our waiter kind and helpful. 👍👍👍

We were just two people, and it felt like we weren’t worth the staff’s time. Before us, larger groups were getting enthusiastic recommendations, explanations, and genuinely warm service. When it was our turn, the atmosphere shifted completely. No suggestions, no effort, just a cold, dismissive interaction that made us feel unwelcome. If you’re not part of a big crowd or don't look snobby enough, don’t expect the same treatment.

06/12/2025: We were looking for a place to have a drink and we found it by accident!! The young man who greeted us was very friendly and showed us the foreign tables where we could sit. We ordered our drinks and I can say that the cocktails were great!! We also ordered a taco with tartare but that was not one of the strong points of the place… relatively good prices for drinks!!

18/01/2026: While passing through Siena, we stumbled upon this place. A person was expecting a good plate of pici all'aglione. The pasta was overcooked, the sauce was overdone, and the flavor leaned toward acidity. The portion of fries was served soggy and very greasy. The two portions of tagliata were served lukewarm. The house wine's provenance was unclear. The bread was served in a container without a napkin. The interior of the restaurant needs rethinking to accommodate diners at the table. Good service, and the waitress was polite and helpful.
