20/08/2024: Exceptionally good fresh pasta with a twist (such as zucchini cream) and delicious and unusual gratin with parmigiano sabayon. A very nice selection of wines for every price from low to high. And a very nice staff. Also very family friendly place

27/07/2024: La Enoteca Ristorante Innocenti Wines est comme son nom l'indique un restaurant situé dans une Enoteca dans la périphérie de Poggibonsi, bien à l'écart des sentiers touristiques et pourtant ce restaurant (de même que l'Enoteca) mérite d'être visité. Déco sympa, des bouteilles de vin partout où vous regardez, une cuisine assez inventive, très goûteuse, très bien présentée....et une carte des vins impressionnante...en fait il n'y a pas de carte telle quelle, mais on vous invite à faire le tour de l'Enoteca et de faire votre choix...sympa non? Service assuré avec brio par les patrons du lieu et grand experts de vins et qui nous ont fait découvrir quelques nectars de grande qualité....et on ne s'est pas gêné de ramener quelques bouteilles. Une soirée très réussie!

12/08/2024: Perfect dinner. View is breathtaking. Food is very nice and service very premium. Good value for money as well and they have multiple very pricey wine options by the glass, which is a big plus when you don’t want the whole bottle for two people! Thanks again for this amazing moment!

27/07/2024: Ottimo locale immerso nel verde toscano Cucina buona, vini ottimi. Da cena tranquilla e gustosa la serata si è poi trasformata con musica e bar e tanti ragazzi. Stupenda location per serata Valore aggiunto i gin tonic e il maestro Il Gingegnere!!

09/08/2024: The service was very bad and the staff seemed very stressed and we felt very uninvited. Another negative point about the meal was that the bruschetta was burnt. We ordered 4 pizzas and were then told that they didn't have enough ingredients and could only make us 3 pizzas. This was very disappointing and the pizzas were just enough. When it came to paying, they forgot to take off the 4th pizza and no nice gesture like taking off the 2nd bruschetta didn't come all in one, it was really not worth recommending. Setup: 1/5 Food quality: 1.5/5 Staff:2/5

06/08/2024: Update 2024: I returned after several years and with joy I can not only still confirm what I wrote at the time, but the food has also improved. It remains an obligatory stop for me when I get to these parts. 2019: Happy discovery during a holiday in San Gimignano, I returned every evening for the entire week spent here. Friendly and helpful staff, very good and simple cuisine. It is possible to eat outside or inside with air conditioning present and turned on (from experiences this is not a given...). During the various dinners I was able to try various dishes, all excellent. I highly recommend this place!

12/08/2024: Il Pievano ci ha letteralmente rubato il cuore. Il Mister Hyde con noi ha davvero preso il sopravvento ed ha scalato e soppiantato tutti i 16 ristoranti stellati che abbiamo collezionato fin ora con un connubio vincente di tecnica, contrasti, sorprese, gioco e idee di packaging così forte, da renderne difficile il racconto. È stato il massimo, sarà dura eguagliare.
