I visited this wine shop in Pienza and was absolutely delighted – this place deserves the highest rating! I had a fantastic time here, greatly influenced by the wonderful and extremely professional service. The wonderful, approachable gentleman (presumably the owner) deserves special praise. He is dedicated to serving his guests, creating a unique, welcoming atmosphere. Another huge plus is the wine list. They have a very wide selection of wines, including those available by the glass, so you can experiment with different flavors. We also ordered food, which was simply delicious and perfectly complemented the entire evening. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place with great customer service. I will definitely be back! 🍷

We stumbled upon this place somewhat by accident, but we left delighted. The staff is very friendly, thorough, and helpful – the gentleman talks passionately about wines and offers excellent advice without being overly pompous. I was primarily looking for Brunello di Montalcino, and the selection was truly impressive. The food was delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients, and paired perfectly with the wine. The atmosphere is unique – intimate, authentic, and very Italian. You can tell that everything is created with love. If you love good wine, especially Brunello di Montalcino, this place is definitely worth a visit. We will definitely be back. 🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷

Enjoy a glass of Brunello di Montalcino (2020) from Tassi winery 🍷 paired with Pienza's famous Pecorino di Pienza goat cheese 🧀. The combination with Pienza's comfortable sunshine makes it a truly enjoyable experience.

Delicious bruschetta with pecorino, honey, and nuts, as well as ravioli with asparagus cream. Aperol Spritz is also a great choice.

Located at the entrance to the piazza, adjacent to the main entrance to Pienza, is the 491 wine bar (491 meters above sea level), perfect for an aperitif, a quick lunch, or a snack. The wine bar also offers select tastings of local and international wines, complemented by excellent sparkling wines! Let Giulia and Frasca help you in the ideal city!

First and foremost, the owners' friendliness, combining courtesy with customer service. Then the wine, as the name promises: a vast selection, both bottled and by the glass. Finally, the dishes: a carefully selected selection of local culinary traditions and local products. A must-try; we've returned several times.

We stopped in Pienza to walk around and try some pecorino cheese. On the way out of the town, we saw this bar that had wine tastings. I am so glad we stopped!!!! We got to try 3 Brunello wines and it came with an appetizer of delicious cheese, meat and bruschetta. Definitely come here!!! It was welcoming and delicious!!!
