This December 8th we decided to spend it in Val d'Orcia, visiting the various landscapes and markets in the area. During our stop we stopped to have lunch at the entrance to Pienza in a welcoming Winebar; where we were welcomed, even though we hadn't booked, by Christian and Giulia, the managers of the place, very cheerful and helpful. The Winebar is very bright, with a beautiful display of wines and tables inside and outside, everything is very well looked after and very clean. The guys are very knowledgeable and were able to advise us both in choosing the menu and in the choice of wines. We chose the typical crostini with Tuscan pâté, the tasty beef tartare and finally the classic cantucci with vinsanto famous in the area.
