We had the absolute best experience. We only had one hour in San Gimigiano and chose to wine and cheese taste. It was a rainy day and we still had the most magical experience. We tried cheeses, meats, bread and balsamic and asked for the connoisseur to pick out our wines. Everything was incredible!! We will absolutely come back.

Small shop, but with a good selection of food. This time I bought cheeses, different kinds, very good (a little expensive) but you have to pay for quality.

Antica Locanda Ristorante "La Pietra"

27/06/2025: We spent a wonderful, balmy summer evening on the Pietra terrace, enjoying the drinks (fantastic bartender!). The rabbit with rosemary potatoes was particularly delicious, and we highly recommend the pears braised in spices and wine with ice cream. The mix of locals and an international clientele is quite unusual. We look forward to our next visit.

25/04/2026: A great little bar for cocktails with the best stuzzichini! The negronis were fantastic. We tried both the Tuscan Negroni and Montepulciano Negroni. Both great, but do not sleep on the Montepulciano Negroni- it was a negroni lovers dream made with all local products. We stayed six days and stopped for a drink 3x!!
12/04/2026: A pleasant spot for aperitifs, aperitifs, and after-dinner drinks! Top selection of wines and cocktails!
